Deceptive and misleading conduct was off the charts. they did not lodge our accounts on time or at all , intentionally destroying the company credit rating and then added salt to the wounds by undermining our credibility to replacement accountants in writing, totally unjustified, which they then tried to withdraw but it was too late. their intentional actions were totally unprofessional and have led to denial of new bank accounts, withdrawal of company credit lines and refusal of credit and harpooned our Capital raise efforts. Horrible spiteful and not worthy of Chartered Accountants Status. they have refused to tell us who their professional indemnity insurers are (assuming they have one?) , meaning if we sue them we are at risk of them just winding up and not paying.
