I love this provider...but I WILL NOT HAVE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS SWITCHED TO BITCOIN PAY ONLY! Is this now a scam?? Ive had this service for a long time and now they changed their payment options...they only have one option and thats bitcoin...untraceable currency. Hmmm...nope! You'll buy it and then they'll disappear without giving you service or something and keeping your bitcoin...one day your bitcoin payment will be worth more than your car lol

Would give 10 stars so far if I could! Gabriel hung with me over a two-day period. Love the live chat! The apk is great as well. Only first day, and if anything changes, I will come back here to let you know, but right now...They are a solid 10 with kudos to Gabriel!

Once again I have had a wonderful experience with EaglecastTV. I had an issue with my service and the wonderful representative spent lots of time an patience to remedy the situation. They are the best!

10 stars! The customer service is incredible! Responses within minutes, every time! The tv service is excellent. Large selection of channels and movies. Fast loading. Customizable EPG. Have used other services, this one by far has the best customer service. Paying with bitcoin is not my preferred method, but hey walked me through the process, and made it painless.

Until recently, I enjoyed using EagleCast TV. The customer support was quick to respond and quick to resolve issues. There were very few issues with latency or buffering. However, when I went to renew, I was told I had to pay in BTC, and only BTC. No other option was available. I was told this had to do with chargebacks and fraudulent card usage. Like others, I was told this was easy to do. Well, EagleCast, I am a consumer. It was easy to simply use my card to renew. Telling me that I had to do even more work to arrange payment by setting up 3rd Party Accounts to buy BTC, and then have to "pay" via an invoice to pay you, is not what a consumer wants to hear or due. It is easier to simply go find another provider.

I am happy with the service but will not renew because of one issue.The EPG will simply not update.Every time I turn it on,all of the channels say "no information".Then I try to update the EPG and it just spins and spins. I have never had this issue with any other IPTV service. I have currently been waiting over 40 minutes and it still has not updated. All of the steps they keep telling me to try are not working. It's frustrating because having a working EPG, that updates quickly, is a non negotiable for me.Any suggestions?

Eaglecast TV is great. There are so many options. The customer service is excellent. Patient and very helpful. I’ve recommended it to so many people.

I was initially put off by only being able to only pay with bitcoin. I did, however, recover on that point after trying another service that was disastrous from the first moment I emailed them.

One of the many amazing features of EagleCast is that you get 3 connections, so I can watch it on my tv and have it going on my iPad and phone as well.
Their customer service is also the best I’ve ever experienced. They respond with lightening speed for technical navigation assistance, and platform questions. So they are the main reason I’m a customer today.

Very quick turn around with support. Tech is very knowledgable and price is the most reasonable compare to any other services.

I have tried many services in the past 6-7 years. I am glad I stumbled upon eaglecast because they respond quickest to customer service, have great quality in viewing content, and great quality in viewing higher definition. The app is easy to setup and easy to navigate- including the mobile app they recommend for iPhone and android.

Pricing is on par with the quality- and for 2 year service package you can’t beat it. Highly highly recommend!

You have to go through hoops to buy a subscription. You have to first buy BTC with your Venmo or whatever approved method they list. YOU HAVE TO BUY AT LEAST A YEAR'S SUBSCRIPTION - because they have a $100 minimum.
Of course you learn this after you give them all your information. This is deceitful. What kind of people run this company?

I cannot say enough positive feedback. The Customer service is the best!!!! They were so patient and polite. They stayed with me through the entire process downloading.

A great service very user friendly and great response time. One issue Eaglecast has been posting for over a year -Coming soon a personal VPN and a DVR? I think it's time to do an update and add these features and maybe clear out old no longer in service channels and add new channels.

I completed the free trial which was simple enough to install. We are very satisfied with how the app has functioned over the trial period. We are extending the service for the year. Customer Support was very knowledgeable when it came to assisting with payment. Overall customer support team was very attentive, responded quickly with appropriate solutions.

I have been using Eaglecast service for several months, and have had nothing but a positive, great experience. The customer service has been beyond fast and always responds to any questions or needs immediately. I switched from a different hosting site and have had zero lagging with the service. I highly recommend.
PS. then banded version of TIVI included is a HUGE bonus
