Unforgettable tours
I loved my guided motorcycle tour with EagleRider. The guides were knowledgeable, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Highly recommend for any motorcycle enthusiast!
Avoid this place
Avoid this place! The service is horrendous and their rentals are ridiculously overpriced. No one that answers the phone to book reservations knows anything about motorcycles. After I booked something the guy insulted me and asked if I was renting the motorcycle for a photoshoot because I am a woman. I booked a nighter and they canceled the reservation so now i have nothing to ride on my trip.
Lying scum
so we would have had to wait.
I was feeling sick anyway so we asked for a different day - nobody there could complete that simple task (or so they claimed)
After that we had to chase them for WEEKS to simply let virgin experience know that we didn't use the rental.
Instead, they told Virgin 100% LIES in order to try to KEEP the funds,
Spoke to Daniel Marquez at Eagle Rider (another liar) MULTIPLE times and 2+ weeks.
But he claimed he could not find any bookings from us and put ZERO effort into helping.
That was because he also was trying to simply "wear us out"
We provided him all booking numbers etc. They front desk had no issue finding us at all when arrived.
After the 13th or 14th email he'd ask things like..... I mean, which location did you have the reservation with?
Wouldn't that be a question someone should ask on the FIRST contact if needed???
He'd continue to ask things like that.
Finally, Virgin Experience had to override the order so we could use the rental somewhere else.
They are both SCUM in our opinion
This was the worst customer service…
This was the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. We booked a 7 day tour which included a spare bike , Jacket and van for luggage. I had isues getteing to LA on time but could meet up for day two. Our guide originally said no problem and I started arranging my flight. Two hours later managament blocked him because I was not there in person to pick up the bike. Web site says alternate pick up is available at a cost. My brothers offerd to sign but they said NO. I offered a check for the full value of the bike. Still NO . Last attempt I asked if I could ride in the Van . Still NO. After many calls and Emails the offered me a $1000 in store credit. Less than 1/3 of the trip cost never again .
EagleRider is ripping you off
EagleRider is ripping you off.
Bad customer service when incident is happening, not given Harleys motorbikes as ordered.
I am so glad that I used Rider-share.com when ordering bike. I had roadhelp assistance, insurance and a Honda Goldwing for 14 days, with the cost of only 1000 dollars with roadhelp assistance and insurances included, If I had used Eagle rider it would have cost me a lot more.
The group of over 20people from Norway used Eaglerider in Las Vegas. They did not get the Harleys as promised. Had to use BMW and other brands with look-alike Harleys. When an incident happen, hit rubber on the highway, they said that the motorbike have chosen to drive on the rubber-piece, and the insurance did not count!?!?? Cost to be covered by the group. There were not roadhelp included even if the rental fees was high.
They gave a delivery fee on 400 dollars per bike when the motorbikes was delivered back, which was not expected.
I was so glad that I have rented by Rider-Share.com instead and I only paid a third of the price with road assistance and insurance,
They Scammed us
We had a dreadful experience with eaglerider Denver. .
Just before we left on our tour, the guy présent at the store sold us additional insurances, for the damages we could cause, for us in case of accident and for the third persons. He said it was important we had them because Visa didn't like motorbikes and would not cover.
11 days after we started our trip, we had a major accident, an antilope bumped into us in Wyoming. As the passenger I was ejected and still have serious injuries.
I called Eaglerider Denver, the day after from the hospital, someone said he would call me back.
No one ever called me back.
Finally, we found out that, contrary to what was said to us when selling, the passenger was not covered by any of the insurances we had subscribed... And after discussion with their insurance, that neither of us was covered because we were not part of a tour.
We have been oversold insurances, for nothing, no care, no help at all.
And as for the detail, when we came to pick up our stuff at the store, everyone would avoid us.
The person that answered the phone was…
The person that answered the phone was not helpful and very rude He acted like he was not interested in renting . We are a group of 12 that rent from eagle rider every year in other countries . It's unfortunate that the madrid office did not want more business and does not convey helpfulness and friendliness that we are accustomed to at eaglerider We have reserved with a competitor and will report this to the corporate headquarters . It's a shame that the madrid office treats clients like they don't want their business
This company is sketchy and deceptive.

During a motorcycle road trip in the western USA, between Monument Valley and Brice Canyon, our guide made us ride for 5 km on a broken road, covered in gravel and stones, which was being repaired. Having lost control of the motorcycle in a bend, at low speed, the motorcycle overturned. My wife had her left leg broken (multiple fractures of the tibia and fibula). How can we take responsibility for driving such heavy and unsuitable Harley touring motorcycles on such broken sections of road?
Absolutely horrendous customer service…
Absolutely horrendous customer service and misleading full refund wording on their website. (Might even be illegal) I recently rented 3x Harley’s for a route 66 trip note I’m from the UK so this was a big deal. The deposit was paid and full payment due 4 weeks before collection. Being a good citizen I decided to pay the full amount 3 weeks prior to the full amount being due as the website said full refund available. Unfortunately one of the riders had to pull out for personal reasons. I contacted Eagle riders and asked for a refund on that bike but we still wanted the other 2. To my surprise somewhere in the small print the “full refund” is in the form of store credits😱 (not very useful to me from the UK) as I signed the T&Cs they refused to budge and effectively told me I was stupid to pay the full fee before it was due so nothing they can do. What horrendous customer service is that !! I can only advise other consumers to either not use this company ever or ensure you don’t need to cancel as there full refund text on there website is a scam and misleading.
I booked this company for the first…
I booked this company for the first time as part of our anniversary trip in Waikki HI. The booking was made the 6th of August for a 2 Dec ride. I received a non confirmation notice when I booked for the Harley Road Glide, which I understood and expected based on the terms of service. On 9 Sep I received confirmation that I had the bike....boy looking forward to that ride...getting to Hawaii it was a on and off again rain situation and had doubts of how much ride time I was going to get in but nonetheless I planned my ride around the island. About a week before my rent date I received email from eagle rider, safety checklist, verification drivers license and watch video orientation...all of which I completed quickly. The day of my ride I get a phone call from eagle rider...I'm sorry but we do not have a bike available, it seems our system overbooked. However the guy let it slip the other guy was renting for 3 days vs my one day so he was getting the bike, they did offer me another smaller model which I refused since I was familiar with what I rented as well as riding with my wife, I politely declined and they refunded my money. It rubbed me the wrong way since I believe the reason I lost my rental was for someone who was renting fir more days and probably for the motorcycle event that was happening on island that weekend.
Buyer beware
So I was on the website this morning looked at a trip to Vegas I went to save it turns out I reserved it by accident I called right away basically I'm out my deposit I'll probably just eat it and never use them again also it's probably on me for no deleting my credit cards

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
NO !!!! WE CONTACTED YOU ON JULY 27 AND TALKED TO DAN . HE CANCELED THAT DAY !!!! THAN WE TALKED TO SUSAN, MANY TIMES.
STORE CREDIT???? WE LIVE IN THE CARIBBEAN, WHEN AND HOW WILL WE USE IT?
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESS!!!
I was coming from out of the country and very excited to book the Route 66 tour. It looked like the perfect setup—hotel rooms coordinated, fantastic motorcycles provided, and of course legendary Route 66. About a week before the tour, I had a motorcycle accident and broke my foot and wasn't able to go. I had paid $4,500 in deposits. I sent them documentation including medical records and pictures of me in the hospital. Their response? They told me to POUND SAND. They claimed that they were responsible for hotels yet I looked at the hotel cancellation policies and only 24 hours' notice was required. I informed them more than a week before the hotel dates.
We are motorcycle riders, unfortunately, accidents happen. These guys are crooks. Stay away from them.

Crap credit system and customer service
From Florida, Rented once in Colorado right after signing up. 6 months and 5 rental credits accumulated later and I try to rent at st. Augustine. "Location does not take club credits". Was willing to pick up somewhere else in the way to st. augustine, but it was the same with all 5 of the other central Florida locations. So tell me y tf do u offer monthly credits if not all locations will accept them and y tf won't you give me a refund for the months I paid to accumulate credits, now that I want to cancel?! Don't use this company! Total scam!

"Penalty"
An experience with any organization is rarely more than the sum of its parts. When an organization goes out of its way to please its customers, the customers will often repay that organization with word-of-mouth advertising and loyalty. The opposite, however, is also true. When an organization goes out of its way to ‘penalize’ its customers, the customers go out of their way to write reviews like this one.
Let’s start this review off right. I have used Eagle Rider in the past to rent motorcycles. I wouldn’t go as far as to say I am a good customer of theirs, but I was repeat business. In the past, I picked up bikes and rode them, they were reasonably well maintained, and I had few problems. The prices were always a little high, but given the reduced hassle of having to worry about maintenance and the few times I rented, it seemed an ok trade-off.
Now everything changed this last time and for none of the reasons listed above. I will never rent from them again because they cannot train their customer support staff properly. I rented a bike in Colorado on 8/2 for pickup on 8/18. Like most renters, I didn’t read the fine print, but I expected some level of corporate CYA in there. Cancellation charges are expected within a certain window of time. On 8/7, I had to cancel the trip and contacted Eagle Rider at 11 am PDT. The phone system offered me a call-back option, and thankfully I took it. Because 2:17 pm PDT is when I got called back. I explained the situation, and the customer service rep used the word ‘penalty’ no less than five times. Just so you know, if you cancel within 20 days of picking the bike up, you get hit with paying 60% of the booking price. They also hit you with a slightly lower ‘Penalty’ for canceling within 30 days of the pickup.
Needless to say, even giants like Enterprise or National don’t use the word ‘Penalty’ to describe their cancellation charges. They also don’t sack the consumer with 60% of the cost nearly a month from the pickup. All that said, I started looking more closely at the actual booking and what it entails. I remember the site listing the bike rental cost as $124 per day. I rented the bike as a single-day Pickup at 9 am return at 5 pm. With all the taxes and fees, including a “Peak Season Surcharge,” the price came out to $225.68. Needless to say, I have learned a lesson here. That is never rent from Eagle Rider again. It is a real shame as every lost customer and bad review only results in the prices getting hiked for the remaining customers.
So Eagle Rider, if you are looking for the answer to your dwindling customer base only getting smaller, start training your customer service reps. Start looking at ways of getting what you want without completely screwing your customers. You could have kept a customer if you had trained and empowered that person properly. Leave T&Cs as they exist, train your service reps to refer to it as a cancellation charge, then empower them to discount that fee, especially when the rental was made within the window, and bike availability was plentiful.
Also, the returned 40% of the grand total, including fees, was done as a store credit.
Orlando best Harley rentals
came to orlando visiting and rented a bike from eaglerider at orlando harley Brandon and Lora as very awesome and very friendly and helpful
Unsafe and unchecked bike
I was given the commitment that the HD was a stock bike direct from the factory.
Unfortunately they had taken a basic bike and added old parts to it to make it look like a tour bike .
The top box was so badly fitted that it nearly fell off as my wife was resting against it .
I complained when I dropped the bike off and again via email but they don’t care .
This company has lost its way .
Over priced and no health check before the bike embarked on a long journey.
Beware
Terrible was of money with undisclosed blackout locations
I’ve been with eagle rider for over two years saving credits, so that when I go on vacation, I could use a motorcycle away from home as the program is designed. I come to find out there is locations in Maui and in Kauai but they do not except our credits, this to me seems very unlawful something it could’ve been easily clarified at the beginning of the contract. I would cancel my membership I have the credits I have to use not that I like going to vacation anywhere else but the islands and I’m sure anywhere else that tropical will not also take your credits, so what a waste of money .
Maui was in 2023
Kawaii was in 2022

Wild West Tour part 2
Just like to say what a great tour the above was, and particularly the never-ending support from our guides Josh and Scottie, nothing was too much, delivered on everything and if ever there was a problem it was sorted immediately and without question, even to the silliest of enquiries, plus what a great pair of guys as well!
Highlights for me, riding through Death Valley at 100 degrees on the first day……..phew!!, the ride down the valley into Bakersfield, Yosemite Park and El Capitan, and the excitement of entering San Francisco over the Golden Gate Bridge, and then trying to group ride up the hills into central San Francisco……gulp, not one for the faint hearted.
Truly a life defining experience, great Eagle Rider team, great friendship amongst the riders, good support , I would recommend it to anyone!
WASTE OF MONEY!! DO NOT JOIN CLUB EAGLE RIDER
We have been members since 2019 and for the past 3 years more and more locations are not taking points There are hundreds of Eagle RIder locations but as of today there are only 53 that take points and they are not desired riding locations - We had booked a trip in St Augustine Florida January 2023 and December they were taking points but by January they weren't. Now we have an upcoming trip to Macedon NY (finger lakes) and same thing - just notified that they don't take points now. We have over 16 points and can't use them anywhere we would want to ride. It is more than frustrating that every trip we book, the location can just change if they don't want to take points any longer. I asked for a refund for this last trip that we will loose money on our hotel not to mention this is the 2nd vacation that we had to cancel because of their last minute change in taking points. Worst customer service and just a waste of money.
