I managed to get a new test date swiftly and easily. The booking process was very easy to follow and pretty quick.

They say if they don’t find you a date you’ll get a refund. This reads to me if I don’t accept a date that’s suitable for me then I haven’t got a date and so should get the refund. They even say on their website if a date is no good to ignore it and carry on. They still hadn’t found me a suitable date close to my theory test running out and me being unable to even change my date from the day after I emailed asking for a refund only to be told I’d be offered dates. Yes dates that were not suitable and were not accepted. I saw a similar review to mine on here with the reply they’d keep looking. Well in my case that time has ran out and my driving instructor had to interfere and help as this company was useless and I don’t live in any of the big cities either so they can’t even use that as an excuse. (Like I’ve already said. You say if a date is “no good” and well here is what you say word for word. “ Simply reply to the text with BOOK and we’ll book the cancellation for you. No, good? Just ignore the message and we’ll carry on looking for you.” So if it’s no good and you carry on looking and only find 3 test dates. Wow 3. That was no good. Just scammers really.

Early tests were professional, prompt at replying to messages and sorting things out and super good at finding available tests.... I would recommend them.

I have twins both looking to take their driving tests. I use this provider for one and another similar service that is app based for the other twin. Apart from 4 texts in the first few days of usage I've not heard anything from this service since. My other app is giving me at regular notifications. The competitor while costing more offers you to select the dates / times you want as well for auto booking.

Company have done a great job in supporting me with finding a test, the ability to check multiple test centres repeatedly is amazing. I have also tried to be very active in finding tests for myself and this service has helped me with that pressure.
