Bad experience
Bad experience.
They've sent me 2 notifications in 30 days : first one was one day before and the second one with one hour before the test starts. You can't expect someone to book these days so fast.
I don't recommend using them for changing your test.

Hello there Gabriela. We cannot control the dates and times that cancellations become available for, all we can do is offer those cancellations that do come up to you. We understand that not everyone is able to accept short-notice cancellations but many of our customers welcome that chance, especially if they are test ready or have recently failed. We never expect you to book if the dates do not suit you and will continue to send other offers as and when they arise. Found a test date 2 months earlier than…
Found a test date 2 months earlier than my original one within a week or two of using this. They text test dates which I find is much better than emailing. It’s also a lot cheaper than other websites/ apps. Definitely recommend using it!

Bad service
1) Not even a single test cancellation date been offered so far , still waiting .
2) Sent an email that other app used my friend at same test centre got a test date but not to me from early tests service
3) Additional test centres been removed , account shows updated but when I log out & login to account still those additional test centres are showed :(
I'm going through an awful experience at the moment

Hello there, Since you signed up 10 days ago, I can see that you've emailed us over the weekend and we've responded to all of your queries this morning (Monday). I can see that you only have your booked centre showing on our system (A*********d) which is how you want it. Your test date is now relatively soon and we will make every effort to send you earlier cancellation as and when they are available.

Great service!
Great service. I had to get in touch to change test centre as I couldn't get a single test date to even start using the service at the only centre my instructor uses. Changes were made quickly and customer service were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the test date chosen ended up being cancelled due to strikes and I was unsuccessful on my revised test yesterday. The next available test is currently 5 months away but I'm confident I will get another sooner using this service.

Very Helpful!
The company is really good at getting back to you, replying really quickly to some e-mail queries. They have found some dates which I am unable to do but the service has been very good and so I am sure they will be able to help me find a date.
