Beware of this Scam, save your money

I guess +ve reviews for this could be paid or fake. After taking my BTC, exchanger of their recommendation isn't depositing the ETH to my wallet. In youtube my replies are being deleted. They are ensuring only fake/paid positive reviews are intact. They allow the first exchange of small deposit to go through. When you transact again with higher denominations to profit, they are not returning the exchange funds. Phone no. on contact field does not work. Email ID seem to be used by scamsters earlier. Let the admin of the company return the funds and prove me wrong..
