I just want to say I really appreciate you providing this service for free. I did not know where to begin to make my resume look so professional. Unfortunately I am unemployed and I do not have the funds for someone to write my resume for me. I am so thankfully for this website and I am sure I will land the job I been hoping and praying for!

I have secured a job after only 2 months of unemployment. The AI resume, which passed through most every ATS, unlike my own, and cover letters were invaluable during my applications. I had to modify very little. EarnBetter allowed me to focus on my search instead of writing cover letters which could have been similar to what they produced but would have taken me an inordinate amount of time and energy, and I would never have actually spent the time doing.

The fact that I can create cover letters on demand, QUICKLY saves so much time an energy. I love that.

I just think the AI needs to be more developed because sometimes there is a disconnection between the AI-created cover letter and the role I am applying for. It will mention things that are not relevant to the role or repeat the same sentences/reasons why I am a good fit for a role.

The idea of Earnbetter.com, that is, a free ai tool that analyzes resumes and job descriptions, and that will write a custom, tailored resume and cover letter for each job description is BRILLIANT. I was so excited when I discovered EarnBetter.com!
However, as easy as the process is, unfortunately I have not noticed any increase in the amount of roles that actually respond to my application.
It would seem that EarnBetter.com, as brilliant as it is, is simply not very effective, which is a damn shame.

I like how they create resumes and cover letters. I was excited to learn this, but since being on this site, I've applied to many jobs and have heard nothing back. It's been very disappointing. I have a feeling the jobs are not real.
