My accounts have not been working since Jan 2

My accounts have not been working in Rithmic since Jan 2, but worked fine in December without issue. I tried to use live chat but didn't receive any help to resolve the issue. I submitted a ticket in the online portal but did not receive a response. I called and was told to send an email. I have sent two emails without response.

You will not even receive your product!

To keep it short. The company is a total scam. At first, the product does not match the desribtion. Your unable to trade the account, your unable to login, the support does not reply within weeks. I wrote an email at 29th of Dec 23', did not receive an reply in 10 days, did not receive an account to trade in 10 days and the webside support does only tell you to leave us a message. If you did a payment there, please contact your bank and request a refund there, not at the provider.

Connection Issues: Taking advantage of people...

So let me start off with, I have over 65k across 5 funded accounts. I was excited to start the new year to continue to grow these accounts. To my dismay, Earnmax reports rithmic connection issues, yet all the other prop firms that connect via rithmic were working fine. I have called their help desk everyday this week. I finally got the supervisor and advised them of the issues. I even reached out to rithmic and inquired with them to at least get some answers. Here is what I got from rithmic this morning:

"Rithmic has terminated its relationship with EarnMax due to the failure by EarnMax to pay to Rithmic past due and owing invoices. Contrary to erroneous reports, Rithmic’s systems are fully functioning and available to all other Rithmic customers. Currently Rithmic’s systems may be undergoing routine weekend maintenance. Consequently access may be unavailable from time to time until Sunday afternoon, Chicago time."

Not sure what this means, but I will be contacting my Credit card company to try to recoup some of these losses. So much for trying to put faith in these people. It is unfortunate.

Earnmax is out of business...

Earnmax is out of business...

It's obvious if you understand what is going on... they have committed fraud and taken money for a service they are no longer providing. Their social media is either gone or locked down... Their discord server is locked down... They do NOT answer emails any longer...

Edit: Update... This is from Rithmic Support..

Cannot log in to my accounts for 4 days now

In trading, there is an opportunity cost. Not being able to trade for 4 days now as of January 2, 2024, is unacceptable. The technical problem should have been resolved ASAP. I asked that the firm refund me for the fees this month, and canceled my accounts as I see this technical problem to be very alarming. I cannot imagine having multiple accounts and losing 4 trading days without any update. This is not professional.

Beware of Earnmax Trading

Beware of Earnmax Trading

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Earnmax, and I feel compelled to share my story to protect others from falling victim to their practices.

My encounter with Earnmax was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite diligently following all payout guidelines and being meticulous in my trading strategies, my efforts were met with betrayal. Upon reaching the payout threshold and trading for weeks reaching over $10K in profits. Earnmax abruptly canceled my subscription, leaving me bewildered and frustrated.

To add insult to injury, they shamelessly placed the blame on me, asserting that I failed to adhere to proper instructions. This false accusation not only cost me valuable time and money but also took a toll on my mental well-being.

With over $10k in profits they just closed my account. This unexpected and unexplained closure further deepened my mistrust in Earnmax.

If you, like me, have been a victim of Earnmax's unscrupulous actions, I encourage you to reach out. By uniting efforts, we can take the necessary steps to expose their deceitful practices and work towards shutting them down for good. Let's stand together against this total scam and safeguard the trading community from further harm. BEWARE!!

Never received a payout

Never received a payout. For 3 consecutive months I paid the data fee and every time the support team had some excuse why they couldn't process a payout. I naively gave them the benefit of the doubt and provided whatever they needed more whether it was the right ID, trade logs etc. Until this last month when they couldn't come up with any more excuses and confirmed they processed a payout that never actually hit my account. I still have over 10k in profits in a 50k account that I have not been able to withdraw which I will no longer allow them to charge me a monthly fee for profits I will never actually be able to withdraw.
I am looking into teaming up with some other traders who were never paid out by Earnmax for a class action lawsuit. If you were scammed by Earnmax like me please reach out and we will get the ball rolling on shutting them down.

This is a total Scam

This is a total Scam. I followed all the rules was very careful about trading around news and had 2 250k PA accounts over 9k in profits. I submitted my request for payments and got an email from Rhithmic telling me that my accounts were closed. I cannot get anyone from Earnmax to respond to my email inquiries about why the accounts were closed. I posted in the discord chat and was booted because they didn't want me telling people my story
Stay away!

Worst prop firm ever

EarnMax is the worst prop firm ever! Unfortunately I can’t give them a 0 star. I never got the payout I requested from them. They will put you through the wringer to get a payout. When it’s not one thing it’s the other. Their customer service department takes forever to respond and when they do they’re very rude. They give vague answers that makes no sense.
Do not waste your time or money with EarnMax. They are totally a scam.

This company is straight up a scam.

This company is straight up a scam.

Do not believe the paid positive reviews.

If you do manage to make it 25 days in the funded account they will change and bend the the rules.

Customer support is literally someone in Pakistan and the last thing they are interested in is "support".

If you meet their consistency rule of 30 pct... Don't worry they will tell you that you trade an inconsistent plan. Whatever that means.

They don't even bother with disputing these reviews... Their solution will be to just kick and ban you from the discord/FB group.

Ask yourself.. why are there ABSOLUTELY zero payouts.

The only one is from the same guy who runs the chat room... Please.

No idea why rithmic / futures regulators allows them to exist.

Will not pay

I tried them due to the low price before I wrote my review I logged all of my interactions with them. I decided to not ignore but proceeded with caution based on the trustpilot reviews what got me was the people that said they got paid in thier facebook page ....Ill complete the full review later but short summary is i had several PAs submitted two withdrawal request both had some reason why it was rejected. This company has random instructions FYI you MUST submit ALL days not just 25 days of trades and you will need to get the commission file from them as well because they will expect the ninjatrader fees and totals to match whats in RTrader . My first withdrawal request was denied or should i say ignored becasue i submitted 2 in 1 email they said i didnt confirm the 1 i wanted evaluated but they did reply for the 1 that was submitted and wasnt active i mistakenly request for 1 of the blown PAs note this was after several emails back and forth and of course this was told to me after they stop accepting payout request....I probably i just paid my PA monthly fee so I can just resubmit next month with the experience of them asking all these question about how i trade i decided let me just record every trade. Next payout peroid comes and i followed the instructions they sent. The rejection this time was the balance didnt match what they had in RTrader NOTE their page says its looking for trades all of the trades where listed in the log the balance wont match because ninjatrader only calculates the days you include they replied to a comment on the Facebook page stating that if you only need to submit 25 days for the first month and 10 for the second this is a lie in an email on why i was denied for this when the trades match they say you need to submit all days again of course this was after the point they were accepting payout request. If you look at their facebook page you will notice the only post and most post have no comments any negative customer comments are removed. If you can still find the payout post. Search "withdraw" on the facebook page you will see a post from some that was paid multiple times search his name in the group you will see he is no longer a member of the page......
This company is a scam and will be the reason CFTC will be brought into this evaluation space.

EARNMAX Caution Advised BIG SCAM

EARNMAX Caution Advised BIG SCAM

Dear Trustpilot User,

1. Failed Evaluation Not Reset: Wasting Valuable Time

I want to share my experience with EARNMAX, a company that raises serious concerns. Firstly, it's important to note that this company does not automatically reset failed evaluations when renewing the subscription. Users are forced to contact them, resulting in a wait time of 2 to 3 business days to reactivate their accounts. This can potentially lead to a loss of 3 days out of a 20-day period, which is detrimental to those aiming to succeed in their challenge.

2. Delays in Rithmic Account Creation: Lack of Efficiency

It's also noteworthy that during the creation of the challenge account on Rithmic, I personally encountered similar delays, taking 2 to 3 days, just like the resetting of evaluations.

3. Missing Certification: A Red Flag

Furthermore, after successfully completing a challenge, I'm disappointed to find out that the company doesn't provide any certification, claiming that one must subscribe to funded account fees before doing so. This lack of immediate recognition, unlike its competitors such as Apex Trader Funding, Bulenox, or Leeloo, which issue certificates upon goal achievement, is particularly frustrating for users, especially considering they've paid for the challenge.

4. Deficient Customer Service: Lack of Professionalism

It's equally important to highlight that EARNMAX's customer service appears to have communication issues. Even when users are polite and courteous in their interactions, it's regrettable that the customer service uses the pretext of impoliteness to terminate the conversation, rather than responding appropriately and effectively to resolve issues. This only adds to users' disappointment.

5. Recurring Payment Issues Among 'Funded' Traders: Financial Risk

Lastly, several users have reported payment problems, including delays and non-payments, and those who requested withdrawals were banned from the platform.

These serious concerns call for increased vigilance among traders and investors. It's recommended to conduct thorough research on this company before engaging in transactions or investments. As members of the trading community, we must share our experiences to protect other users from potential risks associated with EARNMAX.

This company is a scam company

This company is a scam company. You lease do not purchase from them. Once you reach the required time for a payout, they make you go through hoops to provide trade logs which should already be tracked by the company like other firms. Please do not spend your money with them. They also want you to provide an assay on why you deserve to get paid. Gtfoh. This is not professional and an obvious attempt to scam. Ligation will follow

Worse company

Worse company, total waste of time. They denied my payout and multiple of other people payouts over BS excuse. They ask for logs when no other prop firm does this. Then they tell you that their logs don't match with what they got? How do you edit the logs? and why ask for them if you already have it? I got tons of other traders who didn't get paid out for dumb reasons. The customer service is the worst service you'll ever receive, they have no common sense. Please burn this company to the ground they don't need to be around and wasting people time. Ponzi scheme. This company is below inferior than any other company out there.
