I don't see any interest earned on my funds. Customer support are not responding.

Edit: Customer support wrote to me and explained why I was not seeing any interest. I also had a call with them. Although the initial response was a bit slow, in the end I found their approach very attentive, professional and reassuring. I have therefore decided to update my rating.

I’ve been a customer at Earnpark for a month now. Although the website initially gave the impression that the platform is still in its early stages, I decided to invest. I have a large portion of my crypto with Nexo but was looking for additional options to earn interest on crypto. Earnpark seems like a nice addition for me.

Since I've only been with Earnpark for a month, I can’t make any fundamental statements yet. I’ll check back in about six months to provide a more complete update. So far, it feels good, and I find it interesting that the company is still in its early phase. The fact that Earnpark has SEC approval also adds to my confidence, especially given the number of ‘scammers’ in this industry.

All in all, I’m giving Earnpark the benefit of the doubt for now. Best of luck, Earnpark!

Good APYs but poor customer service. In fact, I searched how to contact it, but I only found a Telegram address. I wrote a question into that, but I haven't received any answer yet. Why Earnpark dind't have an email contact address?

EarnPark is the most reliable tool for increasing personal capital. I've been working with them since 2022 and am extremely satisfied with the growth and the service they provide. I began investing with EarnPart last September. The APY isn't exceptionally high, but it's satisfactory for me. A major plus is the assurance that my money is secure, and they offer 2FA support. Currently, they support a limited number of chains, but they plan to expand. The withdrawal fee is $5, which they have indicated may decrease. Overall, I'm pleased with their service.

I appreciated the clarity of the information presented to the client, with the history of returns and updated projections. The offer is complete, stablecoins and altcoins can be used for income, with different risks and very interesting returns. At each deadline I regularly receive the profits, paid in the same currency as the contract, also as a notification via email. It is a serious platform and I believe that it will attract more and more investors for this reason.

I have just started utilizing this platform recently and the user interface is simple and beginner friendly. Anyone interested to leverage on this passive mode of income via cryptocurrencies can look into it. I hope that the company will look into developing an App for IOS and Android in the near future.

- Although different strategies are proposed, only the Challenge deserves attention.
- The swap function, allowing you to switch from one currency to another, is sorely lacking

Encountered a problem with logging into the website. While I was nervous initially (had already made a deposit), the team were very responsive and courteous. The matter was resolved within 1 day.
The way I see it, if you have any doubts about EarnPark, looking at the active community on Discord and liaising with the support should quickly resolve them.

An update after a year: still five stars - platform is constantly developing, with new strategies offering different risk levels and withdrawal conditions.

What I think, is important - is to attentively read strategy terms (especially flexible, where there could be "bleeding" - several negative periods), some are similar but have different lock periods and withdrawal terms

1. Add ramp - on/off, it would be a great experience for me, as fiat user
2. Sometimes AML or money onboarding / withdrawal takes up to 24 hours, it would be great to see some clear status about the current step

I trust an increasing percentage of my investment portfolio to EarnPark, they have proven to be serious and have excellent communication with the client at all times, yes EarnPark's support is superior to many others, they are really responsive people. But the most important thing is their great crypto interest rates you get, it's easy to use, deposits and withdrawals work well.

They are stealing your money with the withdrawal fees , thing they never mention in advance when you send the money of course! , so you put your money to test platform and to retire it you have to pay 5 usdt for bep20 network fee!!! (When all we know it is only 0.3usdt everywhere!!) Plus 6 usdt for "strategy fee" .. amazing , I never heard sth like it before. This is a robbery people don't loose your money there !!!
