I placed an order for parts—listed as in stock—over six days ago and have yet to receive any shipping updates. I reached out via email but received no response. I also called and was assured I would receive a callback with an update; however, after I made a follow-up call, I was told there was uncertainty regarding whether the item had been shipped by their Northern Ireland supplier. Despite the lack of clarity, a refund was not offered until they can establish if the item was sent, and I was once again told to await a callback.

Unfortunately, this pattern of poor communication and lack of accountability appears to be common with this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Ordered some parts, a week later still no updates on shipping, rang twice promised to return call with a update got nothing back, I try to support Irish businesses but this is what always seems to happen never again. 8 days now still not even a reply to where my order is wouldn't recommend at all

Order from the end of January still not received! Keep promising to check and email but get no reply or response.... Package was supposed to have shipped but apparently lost but feel like I am seriously left out in the cold in terms of resolution.

Purchased an item from Ears and selected the wrong model.
Had the part for 3 weeks before fitting and discovered it was wrong.
Called Ears to purchase the correct item and Amy offered to send the replacement without charge and included the return label!!!!
Part was ordered really, really late on a Wednesday evening and it arrived early Friday morning allowing the car to be finished in time.
Very highly recommend Ears
