I am submitting this complaint against Earth Breeze to formally document and expose the financial harm, emotional distress, and unethical behavior I experienced as a customer.

Earth Breeze presents itself as a charitable and sustainable organization. However, my experience reveals a disturbing pattern of negligence and evasion. After placing an order, I was charged in a way that triggered overdraft fees on my account—fees that I could not afford as a disabled individual living on limited income. When I contacted Earth Breeze to resolve the issue, their response was dismissive and unacceptable: they told me to “contact my bank,” refusing to take any responsibility for the damage they caused.

This is not a minor inconvenience. This is financial harm inflicted on someone vulnerable. Their refusal to offer restitution, apology, or even acknowledgment is not just poor customer service—it is a violation of ethical standards and a betrayal of the values they claim to uphold.

I do not seek pity. I do not seek empty words. I seek accountability. I seek restitution. I seek public recognition of the harm they caused and a correction of the false image they project.

Earth Breeze must be held responsible for:

• Causing overdraft fees through mishandled transactions
• Refusing to offer compensation or resolution
• Exploiting the trust of consumers under the guise of charity
• Ignoring the impact of their actions on disabled and low-income individuals

I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and hold Earth Breeze accountable. Their actions are not just disappointing—they are harmful. I am prepared to escalate this further if necessary, and I will continue to speak out until justice is served.

I Feel that When Your Purpose is a Meaningful One that You Truly Believe in. You ALWAYS Should Bring Your A-GAME/Excellence. And So Far that's What Earth Breeze has Done and I'm Pleased to be One of their Customers. So Far I LOVE All the Products I Have Purchased. Their Laundry Sheets, Clothes, And The The Case that Holds the Sheets. Also Their Customer Service was Right There for Me When I Had a Delivery Issue.

World Class customer service, with real people and fast response. Wonderful product.

I ordered two packs of EarthBreeze laundry sheets and apparently I also signed up for the subscription.

When I realized the error, I immediately searched for a phone number. When the search said that they do not currently have a customer service phone number, they encouraged me to email them.

We've all heard that before so I didn't hold out much hope. Wow! I got surprised in the best way!

Not only did they respond in a very timely manner, as in, same day, it was not a form letter! It was a real, live person named Jervin.

Jervin let me know that while they couldn't stop the new order from coming, he would be glad to stop, pause, or edit my subscription.

I explained that I way over ordered last month and with the preexisting standard laundry detergent pods still overflowing, that i would need to cancel.

They literally took care of everything! Cheerfully and with wonderfully kind responses. I will most assuredly be buying and staying with them for a very long time!

Oh! The product is amazing, too! No residue at all! The scents I ordered were both awesome! I have a hard time choosing. The even better thing is that even though the scent is way strong when you open the package, the clothes are not heavily scented. They just smell clean.

Terrific experience with Earth breeze the product followed by exemplary customer service support! Mad🇺🇸 in the USA!

I like this laundry detergent and had been using it for months. However, I never received my July or August shipments, even though my account said they shipped. I emailed them and used the contact form and never heard back. I had to cancel my subscription and buy on Amazon instead. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Be cautious if you subscribe.

If I could give no stars, I would. They claim I have subscribed to their product, which I don't believe I did. I cancelled my order and on the same exact day they charged my account. Cannot get a refund from this company, no matter if I call or email. Be very careful if you deal with this company.

I find them really convenient to use, it's no mess unlike liquids and cleans even my husbands work clothes well. I have sensitive skin so have to be careful but have had no problems with earth breeze. You can easily increase or decrease your order frequency which is really helpful. I love that it's totally plastic free and better for the planet. I have never looked back.

I have been using the Dishwasher Sheets for a few weeks now. It is leaving a cloudy film on my dishes. Went back to my previous pods and in one wash the dishes are clean, no film.
I do like the laundry detergent, but the dishwasher sheets are a NO for me.

WENT on their website to check them out and I was going to buy a product except their website stinks.

Doesn't tell you how many sheets you get. I did enter my email and address but NOT any CREDIT CARD INFO!!

I learned they have no 800# to call them. Next thing is I get an email saying I had ordered a product which I never did.

Never gave them my credit card info so they hacked my info somehow this is one CROOKED company -reported them to my credit card company

I want to cancel my subscription, particularly as there has been a price increase. Rather suspiciously, they have made it virtually impossible to do this. Why should I pay for something I didn’t ask for. Not a good way to do business.

The sheets didn't dissolve properly.
I had to pick out little pieces of undisclosed sheets from a very large load of clothes in washer and dyer. I had to re-wash the first load. I'll go back to the liquid detergent with all the impurities. Don't use Earth Breeze

I like the product, it works and it's priced fine. The customer service is terrible. I received a shipment recently and the envelope was empty, so I filled out their little contact form, even included a picture of the envelope held up to the sun so they could see that it was empty with the tape still on it. It's been about 2 weeks and nothing—not even an auto-reply to say that they received it and when I should expect a response. This is the second time I've had to contact this company and didn't receive a response. I think I will change and go to another laundry sheet subscription delivery company; there are plenty of them out there.

I broke out in Folliculitis really bad after usimg this product. Even after rewashing everything it's been a month and 3 dermatologists to figure out whats wrong. I sent the lot number to the company. This product is not safe

Initially enjoyed but then I took a deeper dive. They make very bold environmental claims in their trademarks, but they are simply that. Trademarks, there is little to no evidence to back these claims and I doubt they have a fraction of the environmental impact of companies like Proctor and Gamble who have put billions into solving the problems this company questionably claims it is solving. The product is made in China with no information showing that it is manufactured in an environmentally friendly way. The company is a B-Corp which I am naturally skeptical about as trying to profit off emotions and baseless claims than actually good products. The shine from this product quickly faded once I washed sheets multiple times and they didn't smell fresh. I was mistaken to think this was an upgrade from Tide. It is not.

Tried these and they made me ITCH! To their credit, though, I called the company and they refunded my money. But I was extremely disappointed with the product! Had to rewash all my clothes TWICE!

If all goes well, it’s fine. But when there’s any trouble with an order, customer support can only tell you how frustrating it must be. As I saw someone else complain, they consider all orders complete the second you make it. No cancellation and no refund. After complaining and catching them in a lie, they cut off communication.

They are trustworthy. I have bought their product for a few months now. The service is outstanding. The products I have received are good. My clothes and linen smell good and are soft and delightful. I recommend this firm.

Ordered 3 months ago, never arrived. Made claim and item finally arrived but was asked to pay more than $50 for delivery. I refused it and cancelled it. Waiting now for refund. What a mess!!!
