Product is average. Additives are required to remove smells.

Unexpectedly, a charge went on my card and more detergent came in the mail. I never requested a subscription. Nowhere on their site can you cancel delivery only postpone a shipment.

Do not dissolve, poor quality product. Waist of money

I discovered Earth Breeze and received my order in a timely manner. I love the product as it is helping me become more aware of taking care of my environment. Just placed my next order.

I can’t login
I can’t change my password as they do not have an account with my email

On Boxing Day, I received a full refund and a brief apology in response to my very strong criticism of this company and my demand for a refund of monies I had not authorised being taken from my account.

The product may be good (I liked it) but the business model is certainly not…..

UPDATE: I just my 2 stars to 5 stars ,because Kieffer , an understanding & proffesional customer representative for Earth Breeze reached out me ,and quickly resolved the issue.

I just ordered the Earth Breeze detergent, and realized that a double order was placed, by checking for different transaction on my bank records , and noticed the double order from Earth Breeze. I immediately looked for their customer service number, they DO NOT have one. I don't lime dealing with mistakes email only customer service cimpanies, because most take their sweet a** time responding. I am trying to cancel the second order ,before it is processed , but of course they'll wait until then , and then say it's to late! I've noticed in the reviews that people are having issues with EB money practices. If they don't refund it Will never order from them again.

Same here! I only ordered to try their product, I did not sign up for a subscription yet they are currently trying to send me more products that I did not order, hopefully I will receive confirmation that this subscription is cancelled because it puts consumers off buying their product if they try and push a subscription on to you.

Update 9/1/2022:
Soon after I published my last review I received the cancellation confirmation and refund. I also received an email reassuring me that I was not signed up for a subscription without my consent. I received the order that I kept in 5 days, and overall I'm satisfied with the product. I use commercial laundromat to do my laundry, this is easy to use, cleans nicely, and no more plastic jars to carry around and waste. But their website needs a serious overhaul to be more consumer friendly, and they need to be more clear about their promotional deals (an extra order is NOT the same as an upgrade!). Also the lack of a physical address and working phone number on the website is a cause of concern.

Will I buy this product again? That would be a yes. But since this is also available on Amazon, I’ll be ordering from there instead.

The product itself is great. I love that there is no plastic involved, and it cleans just as well as any liquid detergent.
Unfortunately this company has very deceptive business practices. I was sent a product I did not want and cancelled, only to be charged and have it sent again. It is impossible to cancel your subscription via the website as it errors out. I am hoping my cancellation via email actually works. If it does not I will place a fraud block on my credit card against Earth Breeze.

Prices are misleading. Trial offer makes it seem like you are getting a month supply, in fact you get a tiny trial set.

FAQ on cancelling the account is especially vague
It says
" If you have received an email that says your first standard pack is about to process you can log in to your account on our website and cancel your plan in the 'Account' section."
I have received this email and when I log in no such option exists. No option under manage subscription. No option to remove credit card from payment

I click skip shipment, date comes up as September, click to accept, nothing changes.
I try to push back delivery option in the dashboard, it fails too. Try scheduling a delivery to be every 12 months (something their FAQ promises) system does not save

You can click a link in above mentioned email and it pushes the delivery back 4 weeks, but nothing works in the account.

Only wanted to try this detergent now I have a subscription I never asked for, deceptive. Customer service said go to my account and cancel, Really? I didn't even have an account when I tried. Signed up and guess what? No place whatsoever to cancel just skip shipments. Calling my credit card company.

I went to order another box of detergent, which I did. Then a message pops up that I can "upgrade" my order and get 3 boxes and save 40 dollars. Sounds like a good deal, right?
It wasn't-it wasn't an upgrade at all .It was a whole new order. So instead of getting 3 boxes of detergent I am getting 4 ( 2 orders were charged, not one). I email customer service continually and got no response.Turns out they shipped my order the same minute I paid apparently, so no money back, no response from customer service. Now I'm stuck and out A$60.00, because I ended up spending the money I would have saved if I had truly been "upgraded" on my order.
No customer service at all. Just grab your money and run.

They sent me my sample, then charged my card for my first monthly subscription and never sent it. The tracking details showed USPS had not received the item. 10 days after being charged, I emailed customer service requesting a refund and cancellation of my subscription. The representative replied quickly, blamed USPS, said “I hope this changes your mind” and did not issue a refund or cancel my subscription. I emailed twice more requesting a refund/cancellation with no prompt response. They didn’t reply until I said I would open a PayPal claim. Very shady company.

I bought 2 packets of earth breeze a few months ago. I bought it on the French site in euros, but was surprised to see the charge come through from Canada. My French bank charged me 3 euros for a 'non euro zone purchase'. The package arrived from the UK...so I could have been charged customs as well (fortunately I wasn't). My biggest complaint however is the deceptive claim that each package is for 60 loads. Each packet only has 30 sheets, so in fact it is for 30 regular loads. On the back, it indicates you could cut the sheet in half if you were doing a half load. So, it is for 60 'half loads' which is not the same as 60 loads. When I calculated the price, I thought it was similar to what I paid for my current detergent...but that was based on the deceptive label. I realised after receiving it that I was actually paying double. It seems to clean the clothes reasonable well, but has left some residue in the soap dispenser. Also, the last few sheets started to stick together in the envelope. It's a shame because it is a great concept and I liked the idea of reducing waste. Unfortunately, I'll be sticking with my regular detergent.

This company is extremely Eco-focused. Their packaging is all easily recyclable and the detergent saves so much waste from not only water but to transportation and storage.

Cleans just as well as any other detergent and it actually comes out cheaper per load compared to my old-normal detergent. And there is less mess, no messing with sticky liquid detergent or measuring. I'm really astounded this isn't the new normal.
