When EF in Rock Hill closed the first time with the bankruptcy, I was devastated! Not many stores had a good selection of organic clean ingredient foods to choose from. When EF Rock Hill was one of the stores to reopen, I was elated! For a while the local store was doing pretty well with customer service and its offerings to the community. However, EF Rock Hill has been in a slow decline... probably moving toward a second self-inflicted closing!!! Lately the weekly sales ads come a day late in our email... as do the "this day only" discount coupons! For Thanksgiving (and presumably Christmas) EF has run an extensive ad for holiday meals from EF Kitchen... we placed an order for our Thanksgiving meal to be picked up at the meat department today! When we went to EF Rock Hill to get the cooked boneless turkey breast, the staff acted like we were from Mars and speaking a foreign tongue! First, we were offered a raw uncooked bone-in turkey breast, then a fully cooked turkey breast in shrink wrap that came with reheating directions... hardly a cooked EF kitchen catering item (which would have been an $80 sale). So now we are without a turkey for our Thanksgiving meal tomorrow! Thinking about using EF for a catered holiday meal this year?... DON'T DO IT! Go somewhere, anywhere else! Then no regrets at 4PM the night before Thanksgiving!
I’m disappointed that Earth Fare in Portage is not a great experience anymore. When we moved here the store was filled with a group of interesting, diversified clerks men in kilts and unique hair styles
I was really would like to know why one can’t get a pizza after7:30 pm. You’ve got super pizza. You need to hire people who love pizza, proud to make a great pizza and don’t clean up at 7:29. !!!if your store is open to 9 pm. The team leader accused me of shouting. She did not know I have hearing aids and a hearing impairment. Is Earth Fare closing in Portage, MI
It took a cashier a while to pay attention when I came up to the cash register. She was engrossed in watching a coworker cleaning the floor. She never greeted or thanked for a purchase.

I deal by mail order. great to deal with, prompt dispatch and well packaged.
Lovely people. Would recommend to anybody.
I find shopping here an absolute pleasure. All employees are friendly and always willing to help. Sign up on line for weekly freebies that make the drive for me worth it (20 minutes). Always willing to exchange a defective product or give money back with receipt. Would shop there everyday if I could. Meat counter is beyond compare. Prices are very comparable.
