Initially I thought that the shoes were too small, but after the amazing customer service helped to explain the process of the stretch and natural fit to these shoes. I decided to keep them and give them a hopeful shot. I have now grown into them perfectly after just a few wears and I’m honestly obsessed with them. I would absolutely buy more. I highly recommend contacting customer service if you need additional help because they’re wonderful to work with and I just love the shoes so much.

I’m a “grounder” - daily feet on the earth, the sand, in the water, etc. My husband is not. I purchased a grounded sheet for our bed. He said he felt he was sleeping better. His Apple watch confirmed his sleep score was in the ‘80’s and “good”. I don’t have that watch, but I know my sleep is better.

They are really on to something with their product philosophy.

These leather boots are so supple that I easily slipped them on right out of the box— so no break-in period at all.

Up until finding these boots I dreaded another excruciating breaking in of new footwear. So what a revelation!

Plus I knew right away my toes had the space they needed.
(Other handmade footwear purchased from other brands over years have all disappointed).

So I feel very fortunate to have finally found comfortable, wearable boots that fit my feet!

I am planning to buy more pairs soon.

I've been following the barefoot shoe movement for a few years but have not fully splurged on a pair of shoes outside of WHITIN. I came across Earthing Harmony and went for it. To say I love them is an understatement. The cost is truly the only downside, but you get what you prioritize. I'm enjoying them so much that I'm already thinking of going for a pair of sandals with the warm weather hitting.

I honestly love these huaraches. The quality and design are hard to beat, and you really can’t find anything like them anywhere else. The vegetable leather feels premium, and the colors are vibrant. They’re also very durable, which makes them even better.

Interpol and Visa/Mastercard have launched investigations into this company due to card transaction disputes; be careful when shopping here.

Bought two pair and they are beautiful color, style and well made. These are my go to boots for grounding and styling.

I’ve been using a grounding mat for years and needed to replace my old one. This company is clearly knowledgeable about earthing and makes quality products. It came packaged beautifully and they kept me updated about the delivery. I would definitely buy directly from them again.

I ordered 2 different pairs of shoes. They arrived on time and are both very comfortable. I have received complements from coworkers and plan to purchase more in the future. I have been wearing one pair daily for a month and they have been quality.

My shoes are incredible. And Earthing Harmony has the best customer service. I ordered a men’s by accident. I sent them back and they sent me the right ones.

BEWARE! I wanted to return the shoes I bought and they sent me these long emails about how to exchange them for a smaller size instead and get a 15 % discount on my order. I finally agreed. They requested photos of the shoes so I sent them photos. My exchange was approved and a shipping label provided.

Next thing you know, they are refunding me, stating my size won't be available for another week. I told them I would wait. They refused, and insisted on refusing me

Next, they refunded me a whole $30 less than what I paid for the shoes? Online it states under their return policy that they offer a full money back guarantee.

I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and the department of consumer and business affairs.

This company is a thief and a fraudster. I do not recommend that you buy from them.

I love these boots. They're the most comfortable ones I've ever owned. Until now, I wrenched on cars in my slides. Not only comfortable, but the most breathable boots I've ever owned. The fact that I don't have to lace them seals the deal, if it wasn't already. I couldn't ask for anything more. Great job!

The customer service that I have received has been exceptional. The product itself is great. the quality and the style of the men’s boot and the men’s shoe is perfect. I prefer being barefoot and these shoes help me accomplish that.

I know of five people within my family/friend circle who are thrilled with the grounding sheets. Everyone is reporting better sleep, hands down. I LOVE that the technology is simple and direct. The service has been great, accompanied with the quality products! My questions are answered within 24 hours, via email. Everything ordered arrived as promised. My husband and I bought shoes, and are impressed with the excellent materials and craftsmanship. We are pleased.

I waited and waited to buy these and once I finally bit the bullet, I’ve bee nothing but disappointed. Wouldn’t advise purchasing if you are between 7.5 - 8. Neither size “38” or “39” fit. My feet were cramped in the 38 and my feet were swimming with finger gaps in the 39. Returns are a hassle and you will lose money doing so. I feel like this company might be a scam.

Ordered grounding sheets and outlet checker. The outlet checker was great- it showed our old house had few grounded outlets, which we verified with an electrician and his results mirrored the outlet checker each time. I would maybe even recommend saving a little time and getting an outlet checker from your local hardware store first, so you know if you have grounded outlets where you want them. If you do get the one from Earthing Harmony though, they seem to work quite well.

We ended up using the sheets in one of our grounded bedrooms, which belongs to one of our daughters. She enjoys indoor rock climbing a few times a week for a couple hours each time. The first time after sleeping on the sheets, she noted she was not sore at work from climbing the day before, a first for her. And she continues to have this experience.

We use the pillowcases in the few other grounded outlets around the house, just sitting with our hands on them. I noticed the first time I did this I felt a gradual warming, like energy flowing. It just felt good. And I keep feeling this way when I sit with the pillowcase, like I almost don´t want to get up.

I´m excited to try out some of their grounding shoes. I know I have noticed positive effects from standing outside barefoot- I recommend trying this out if you haven´t. I don´t think I would be interested in indoor grounding products if I had not already seen the results outside.

Shipping can take a little while from Earthing Harmony, but they are fairly responsive to emails. They seem to have good products and good intentions.

DO NOT deal with this company.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They have a phone number that no one ever answers, and they never return calls. Although the email implies you're communicating with a real person, it seems completely AI-generated, and they use emojis with their responses, which can be infuriating when they are obviously being condescending.

When I returned shoes that did not fit, I was open to exchanging the products. However, because it cost $42 to return two pairs of shoes via UPS with packaging I had to supply because the packaging they used was so poor and shipping costs. When I immediately emailed them to let them know I no longer wanted to exchange the shoes because I couldn't afford to return them if the next pair didn't fit, I received a response that they would refund my money as soon as the shoes arrived.

Five days later, the shoes arrived at their facility, and they said they were sorry but had already sent them to me. I told them I would return them unopened and, because it was their mistake, I expected them to pay for the shipping. They then claimed it was my change of order, so I was responsible.

They also claimed they had only received one pair of shoes, even though I returned two pairs, plus the free gifts I received.

It is now three months later, and I'm still trying to get my money back despite having returned all shoes.

DO NOT deal with this company. They are dishonest and will do anything to avoid refunding the money.

Do not order from this company. Their website has false advertisement. To make a long story short, I had to keep a pair of shoes that I cannot wear, due to an unapproachable customer service.
Yes, you did reach out to me and told me that I would have to order another pair and than send the originals back. And at that time IF your company felt like reimbursing, I could possibly get my money back. Who in their right mind will spend that much money with no guarantee on getting it back??? Oh yeah, you also told me that I could buy another pair at 50% off if I would change my rating from a 1 to a 5. Tell me that your company is not a joke!!!!
