ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE IS TO RIDE AROUND A LITTLE MORE FOR THE HOUR YOU PAID FOR INSTEAD OF GOING STRAIGHT TO THE HOTEL. WE ENJOYED OURSELVES ON THE PARTY BUS. THE DRIVER WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND EVEN CAME LOCATED US IN THE AIRPORT.THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING US WITH TRANSPORTATION

When I found out that I could rent a limo, for less than taking the shuttle from the airport, I was devastated......I certainly didn't come to Vegas to spend the money i brought for gambling, on a ride to and from the airport, but no wait, picked up at the gate, Kingsman service, was one of the highlights of the trip.

he arrived 30 min late and the bus was incredibly dirty with bottles and garbage everywhere. Not to mention there was no air conditioning - it was blowing hot air everywhere.

However, the driver made up for it. He came back with a new limo and took us for a photo op. He was a nice guy and I felt bad for him as I think it wasn't his fault

Our experience was perfect from reservation to ride. The reservation process was easy and we received a price complete with tax and gratuity. Our driver, Mark, was on-time, professional and courteous. We made a stop at Von's grocery store and he helped load and unload luggage and groceries. Overall was an exceptional experience.

I used Earth Limos for my wedding. I just needed transportation from the venue to the hotel where our guests were staying. They were able to give a very reasonable hourly rate without having to pay for a 2 or 3 hour minimum. Not only did they come on time, they actually came 10 minutes early. They were very professional, and I would definitely recommend them.

The driver was amazing in every way. Just a great guy overall.
The problem why I wouldn't consider booking with earth again is I had arranged a hummer limo and this was very important to me to show appreciation to all the guys who attended my bachelor party as a thank you. When we got there it was an excursion and I was really let down.

I appreciate the phone service but the payment method needs to be worked on.

I used Earth Limos on 5-14-15 to pick my family up from the airport. I didn't actually get to ride in the limo as I was already in Vegas. My family was very happy though. They said the driver was on time and easy to find. He was funny and the limo was nice inside. I saw the limo when they dropped my family off and it looked great from the outside. I got exactly what I was looking for and would definitely use Earth Limos again.

took an SUZ from airport to the Westin @ lake Las Vegas 5 people + bags and golf clubs, everything fit and was a comfortable ride. During the ride we had mentioned to the driver that on our return trip there would be one more plus bags and that it would be a tight fit. It was a nice surprise to see when we were picked up for the return the SUV had been upgraded to a hummer stretch at no extra cost. We had tons of room!

I rode with Earth Limos 3 times on my recent vacation to Las Vegas their drivers were Prompt Friendly and very professional I will for sure be using this company again in the future!

Everything from the reservation to the driver were great and friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Our driver Jason was handsome, cool, friendly, patient, down to earth, helpful, and a total gentleman! If I ever come back to Vegas I will definately use Earth Limos and request Jason as my driver. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I booked airport service for 2 parties. It took more work than necessary to make sure the bookings were appropriate for the flights.1 party had to call their office upon arrival and again at departure. The driver and vehicles were very good but the details weren't great. I believe it was due to communication.

We ordered the 35 passenger party bus and luckily we had a few people not show up and had about 28 people but the bus felt very cozy with that many people. It would be very uncomfortable with the max passengers I would think. They told us that if we brought a USB cord that we could play our music through our iPhone (told me this thee times). We get on the bus and the driver says there is no jack to do that so we had to listen to his music. This party bus was in lieu of a normal wedding reception so we had created a playlist so we could party and dance with our friends in the bus (major let down for a bride and groom, let me tell you). We stopped at the fountains at Bellagio and after that the driver tells us that we can play our music through Bluetooth which made us happy but the bluetooth signal kept going in and out so the music played very choppily but it was better than not having our music. We also visited Fremont street and the Welcome to Vegas sign. All was good with that. The bus was priced well and drinks that they provided were all very reasonable. The major issue we had was when we left the bus. In all the chaos of guests of ours leavining immediately when we got back to our hotel, I had a shopping bag with my iPhone, a camera, and some cards guests gave us on the bus. I thought a friend of ours had grabbed it for us. Not realizing until after the bus had left, I called the company and they assured us from the video that someone had taken it off the bus. We had close friends and family on the bus, no strangers and no one had the bag with the camera or the iphone on it. I called back about 2-3 times asking the limo company to review the tape and they did and said someone took it off the bus. I have a hard time believing that my friends or a family stole those items or accidentally took the bag and wouldn't let us know. But the limo company hasn't found the bag and no one else has it either. The iphone can be replaced and the camera can be replaced BUT the memory card in the camera with pictures from our wedding weekend and those memories cannot be replaced and that's what upset me the most. Lesson learned for us and we should have guarded it more but it was our wedding and everyone wants to talk to us and have drinks so guarding my bag with people I trusted wasn't on the top of my priority list. The tour was good and everything with booking the bus and the services provided were fine. I'm just upset that I can't be told a description of who took that bag off the bus when the limo company has video of it.

The vehicle arrived 15 minutes early. The driver was neat and curtious. we made several stops before our last destination and everything went smooth. The rates were very reasonable. I was charged just for the time I needed without having a minimum. I will definately use them again when i need to impress a date. Thank You

The driver was supposed to take 2 trip from the pick up location to the venue and only made one and all the guest were almost late because he didn't leave the pickup location until 20 min before the ceremony started and he had an hour and a half. Also he said that someone advised him to add on a hour which I highly doubt and he made up because I was on the last shuttle trip back and no one said that like who would just hey just add a extra hour

My plane was delayed for almost 3 hrs and there was no issues with earth limos adjusting their schedule to accommodate.

We rented the hummer limo. Brian the driver was awesome and I have no complaints. I would def. use earth limos again in our future visits.
