Because y'all over charge for Internet and need trying to change my account I didn't even have the service for 1 mouth and was keep being charged for the severe like it was 3to for months. Y'all are horrible I will never ever get y'all servers again

Would never use this company. They don’t even have their own technicians or service they just subcontract out. Canceled my service and they charged me $300 for early cancellation which they never disclosed except in the terms of agreement hidden in the fine print email they sent over. Pretty much forcing me to buy the router because they don’t do returns because obviously they don’t even have their own equipment. Kind of a joke a company just making money off of others with hidden fees and other people’s products.
My other major issue is the Internet worked great for the first week or two and then incredibly slow down after that. I was paying for a half a gig and only averaging 70 Mbps.

I needed to be connected to the new fiber internet connection and Earthlink gave me a wonderful offer. I was impressed by the installers and how they solved a difficult wire connection problem in my home. They were courteous and efficient. I had not had any problem with my earlier service with Earthlink but needed more speed.

I was asked if I would like to change my internet, not forced. The installer was right on time and didn't give up when. The box he needed wasn't where it was supposed to be. Which obviously made his job ten times harder.

I had been a customer of Earthlink for over 5 years. They sent an email stating I could upgrade from wire DSL to fiber cable for no fee and no installation charge. Earthlink said the billing will be the same as what I've been paying. Earthlink told me once my fiber cable was installed the old wire DSL service will be canceled and the fiber cable it will just continue with no fees. After the fiber was installed I got a bill for double my monthly payment. I called their third world call center... and asked why and what's going on. The operator said I didn't cancel my DSL account so I was billed for the DSL and for fiber. I explained how the the person I upgraded with told it would automatically cancel. They got a supervisor involved... the supervisor wouldn't get on the phone in the back ground I heard him say we do not refund customers... I should have canceled it myself. So asked if it might could rolled over to pay for the next month payment. The supervisor was rude to the operator I was talking to... and yelled we do not do things like that. So I said you're fired. Earthlink... I will never do business with criminals like that again. Not an honest company... buyer beware!

Installer seemed very knowledgeable and got the installation knocked out. I have one issue that I haven't been able to figure out.... I am unable to print now. Not sure what happened when the router was swapped out.

I've been with Earthlink (Mindspring) for 24 years. They've never given me any reason to change. I've had no problems with the service.

My tech showed up on time and he was quick but thorough. I am having a little trouble with my connectivity but that is my connection is for my older streaming which was lower and my faster internet now. HDMI cable that is like trying to explain the internet to me. Way over my age level (75)

Installer was on time and was super knowledgeable . He quickly established connections from my old earthlink landline router to my new fiber optic router. He then configured my router to meet the unique needs of some of devices. Very helpful!!
