I'm looking forward to receiving the biochar as I've read great things. The only reason I've dropped a star is because the site says 14 days for delivery, which seems a bit unnecessarily slow.

After a little delay in delivery, and some quick contact from lottie I’m pleased to say I’m more than happy with my product fully organic and can’t wait for my plants to test this new product

Good service and value for money

The package arrived sooner than I expected. The Biochar was in a hessian sack, inside a cardboard box: all recyclable. Earthly Biochar are living up to their promises. I will happily recommend them as a supplier of Biochar.

Excellent service and information

Rating refers to service provided. This includes answereing email questions. Also, this is the first time I had heard of inocculant for bio char. The information proivded was simple and useful. Obviously there is no way I can assess the product without long term testing.

Earthly Biochar is great stuff

This is my second purchase of biochar. My first was used up in June on freshly dug flower beds, in clay soil, where there is already improvement of the soil and worms!

Very happy with my purchase

Very quick to respond to questions, extremely accommodating and friendly service. Received my shipment within a week of order and I’m all the way across the Atlantic in Canada.

I recieved the char quickly

I recieved the char quickly, I liked the thick brown paper bag packaging. Staples ripped the paper so couldnt reuse it; wish I'd been more careful! The innoculant powder smells slightly fishy. I added some seaweed extract, worm castings and dr forest's fertiliser to the rainwater it's soaking in which I hope will really get it cranking. I've been curious about making biochar for a while and seeing what the finished product should look and feel like when made by an enthusiast of Lottie's calibur was helpful. Challenge accepted! Seeing how the plants do will be the true test ofcourse; I'm going to do a side-by-side comparrison to see the difference :)
