I have had many wonderful, deep and healing experiences at Earthtones Therapy Centre with Mahala and Alec. This has included very profound experiences of the community gong baths: At the New year gong bath I felt like I was being carried over the threshold of the year, letting go so deeply and feeling ready and stronger for the year ahead. Their community offerings are held with skill, kindness and care, and a sense of community being built through their cacao ceremonies.

I also have had the honour of working 121 with Alec receiving individual gong bath treatments. These came at a time when there was a lot of challenging events happening. The impact of the individualised gong baths was a deeper sense of peace, more resilience and increased capacity. They were a true gift at a challenging time. Thank you.

I’ve recently had 4 amazing sound baths with Alex at the Earth Tones Therapy centre. All 4 of them were personally centred around what I needed at the time and addressed specific issues. The effects were astounding. Both of the issues I am struggling with which are migraines and arthritis were helped by Alex. Using dedicated mantras and the gongs the vibrational therapy has helped both of my issues hugely. I regularly go to their group sounds baths but having the one to one sessions personally centred around my issues has been massively beneficial. The effects have had such a positive impact on my health reducing the pain and the need to take so many pain killers. I just do not understand why vibrational therapy is not be prescribed by GP’s as it’s powerful and helpful. Anyway I cannot recommend this therapy enough and Alex as your Therapist.

Alex and Mahala are certified in various fields, and besides private sessions also offer various courses. I have thoroughly enjoyed mine!

Earthtones did an excellent and energising sound bath session at a well-being festival I organised recently. They were thoroughly professional and easy to work with in organising the event. The sound bath itself was amazing! They transported a huge array of gongs, chimes, singing bowls etc and did a very high quality session.u I would most definitely recommend Earthtones to anyone interested in organising large group sound bath.
