I placed order EW125904 on 30 May and received confirmation that the order was being prepared for shipment. The order page originally showed an estimated delivery date of Thursday 4 June 2026, and said I would receive a Royal Mail tracking number soon.

I have still not received any tracking information. When I contacted customer service, I was told the order was due for delivery tomorrow, but the order status page has now changed to Tuesday 9 June 2026.

This is concerning, as I cannot tell whether the order has actually been dispatched or not. I would appreciate a clear update, including the Royal Mail tracking number, or a cancellation and full refund if the order has not been sent.

I’m happy to update this review if the issue is resolved promptly.

After I asked for the order to be cancelled, Chris from Earth Wardrobe replied and confirmed that the refund should be back in my account within a day.

I appreciate the quick response to the cancellation request, although the overall experience was still disappointing due to the changing delivery estimates, lack of tracking, and the order apparently not having shipped when expected.

Wonderful good value, quality organic clothes.

I bought 3 organic cotton t-shirts which arrived quickly.
The quality of the material was evident, lovely and soft and they fit really well. I would recommend!

The 2 sweaters took ages to arrive, they were both unflattering, the sleeves were massive the overall fit was too loose. I returned both tops, I then had to prompt for a refund. Slow delivery, slow refund. Poor items, waste of time a and over £6 lost for delivery and returns.

Delivery was running later than expected due to some stock issues but I was politely kept informed via email.

Products are always of a high standard, well made, plenty of colors and great prices.

A proper regular real company that had exactly what I wanted - 100% cotton long John's. Not pretentious. High quality. Great, prompt delivery. I'm very happy.

I bought three lovely t-shirts. The colours are beautiful and the quality excellent. They are so cool to wear in this heatwave. I will definitely be purchasing more from this company.

Really hope that this company can sort out the supply chain issues so that items arrive in reasonable time. Love the items and love the ethics.

The long sleeved tee shirts are fabulous in quality, in the brightness and clarity of their colours, in the fit, in the way they wash. I am delighted with them.
And, when I recently mis-ordered an item I was able to send it back straightaway and get a replacement, which I'm equally happy with. The staff have always been courteous and kind. Five star service!

Excellent customer service!
I didn't even realise my order was taking longer, because as soon as there was a slight delay, the owner emailed me about it. Let me know what was exactly going on. As soon as the stock was back in, my order was shipped straight away and delivered in 48 hours!
The clothing itself is exceptional! Really soft and durable! And honestly, very reasonably priced as well!

Lovely tshirts, love the raw natural option and really lovely customer services, order was running a little late but earth wardrobe kept me informed without me needing to contact them at all.

Great company, so glad I discovered it. I love plain black cotton clothing and bought cap sleeved tshirts and a sweatshirt. The quality is excellent, I will definitely buy more from this site!

Great range of clothes. Excellent colour selections! Love how much organic cotton they do! Fantastic returns policy.

I have bought from them a couple of times the items have lasted very well.

The only reason I drop one star is because their deliveries are very slow. It also took them over a month to refund me. This kind of sounds worse than I mean it to. As soon as I emailed them to query the refund status they located my refund and refunded me immediately. But I still think they could improve in their speed of deliveries and their speed of returns.

I love the brand and will continue to use them.

Love my new tops, great quality and colours. Excellent customer service. I had been a little concerned as I had not bought from this company before and hadn't heard of it. When my items hadn't arrived on the expected date and there was no update on the tracking I started to get a bit twitchy and wondered if I had been scammed. My query ending was answered promptly and the order arrived, as promised, a couple of days later. Hate the I have become so wary, apologies Earth Wardrobe!

Bought t shirts recently from Earth Wardrobe and have to say that the quality is wonderful. Very soft and the colours are lovely. They arrived a bit later than expected but all in all I’m delighted with my purchase and will be making more purchases soon.
