Easy to talk to once I got the correct number. Very professional. Product was what was explained to me and fit is good. Very professional and good customer service.

EarTune has been solid to deal with. No need for Customer Service conact, so can't comment, but service, delivery, etc. have been on point. One minor quibble, on the off-chance this is read by EarTune: Have been purchasing the "Giant" foam earbuds for my EarPod Pro's--a godsend as previously anything needing a seal my canals were too large for--can we get the ability to order just the earbuds without the accompanying case? I mean, I already have two and at this rate I'm going to wind up with a drawer full of them. Seems unnecessarily wasteful...

Finally, my AirPro 2 don’t feel like they are going to fall out….and haven’t yet. Very pleased, great product . Thank you from all the “Big Ear” users!!

The Airpod inserts work really well. Getting the fitting was a little inconvenient; I had to wait over a week for an appointment then drive about 35 miles to their office in Santa Cruz. It would be nice if they had a list of audiologists in other places who can do the impressions, instead of just saying "find a local audiologist". It would also be nice if the inserts came with some basic instructions.

Great earplugs & quick shipping, but I was looking for earplugs for side sleeper and these hurt just as bad as all the rest. I’d say these are not good for side sleepers!

The extra large size did not give sound isolation. The original airpod pro large size worked well for a year until they loosened so thought I’d give these a try. Very few places provide extra large ear bud tips. These don’t work for me.

As a return customer i expected quicker service but otherwise the product is great fits my ear and IEM perfectly and provides great isolation and wonderful sound. Great job to the team.

Perfect fit, quick turnaround, responsive customer service. I previously purchased Eartune Fidelity Custom-fit IEM Ear Tips for my Etymotic ER4-XR and I was very happy with them. When the time came to purchase custom earplugs, Etymotic delivered with the same high quality product.

Comfortable and easy to attach.

I haven’t used the new tips very much but the noise cancelling feature on my Sony WF-1000Xm4 earbuds does not work on with the new tips. From my research it appears the new tips are covering the IR sensor on the earbuds. This is something your design should have accommodated for and not just that the tips fit. I would not have spent this much on custom fit if I knew this would eliminate features of my earbuds.

I bought these as a gift for my husband who loves to hunt. He is very excited to try these out. He has an old big bulky pair that don't work if he's wearing a hat. He also said they will also be easier to carry in his pocket. They were well packaged, and arrived on time. I may have to get a pair for our son too!
