Misled by sales team, rejected GST application, and refused promised refund

Review Body:
I am writing this to warn other business owners looking for a virtual office setup. I am based in Mumbai and needed a virtual office address in Delhi to register for a GST number. I was put in touch with a sales representative named Sarthak from EaseMyOffice (easemyoffice.in).
The quoted charges were ₹11,800 + GST for an 11-month rent agreement. Sarthak demanded a 100% advance payment, but since I was hesitant, we agreed on a 50% advance, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Crucially, Sarthak assured me multiple times that they were a legitimate company and explicitly promised a 100% full refund if the GST application got rejected.
Unfortunately, the documents provided by their operations team (handled by a representative named Pooja) were incomplete. When my CA submitted them, the GST officer rejected the application. When I raised this, Sarthak claimed my CA did not know how to submit it and charged me an additional ₹1,000 + GST, promising their own CA would handle it successfully. The exact same thing happened again: the GST officer raised queries and asked for additional documents that EaseMyOffice practically could not provide.
When the service completely failed, I requested the promised refund. They flatly denied it. Furthermore, when I called Pooja to resolve the issue, she was incredibly rude, spoke to me very roughly, and unprofessionally brushed me off by telling me to "speak with your sales guy."
I have saved all WhatsApp chat histories and call recordings of both Sarthak and Pooja as evidence of these false promises, extra charges, and terrible service. Do not trust their verbal refund guarantees.

A Word of Caution Before Choosing a Virtual Office Provider

Before closing the sale, companies may make numerous promises and assurances. However, once you have made the payment and the deal is closed, they may stop responding or show little interest in addressing your concerns. This kind of customer service is extremely disappointing.

There are many companies offering virtual office services. My advice is to search on Google, contact at least four or five different providers, and compare their services, terms and conditions, pricing, and after-sales support before making your final decision.

Do not rely solely on Google reviews. Check their authenticity and do your own research before trusting a company.

Based on my personal experience, I am disappointed with this company’s approach and service. I have more to say, but I will limit my review to this much for now.

My advice to everyone: Do your research before making any payment, get all promises and commitments in writing, and choose a company that takes customer support and after-sales service seriously. Do not make a decision based on sales promises alone.
