I have used Easily for many years, but recently forgot all my login details. I had a few logins for different domains.
I have to say, that Ryan on the support desk came to my rescue. Nothing was too much trouble and once security checks were confirmed, he sorted out all my issues.

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and have only once been disappointed in the service. easily, without informing me, stopped retaining email beyond 50MB. I only found out when trying to rebuild my mail locally. When I contacted them I was told I hadn’t paid for retention. However, when I first contracted the service, full mail retention was free and when charging had been introduced, they had not contacted me. That was very poor.

I have been a customer for 18 years. In that time have only contacted Easily maybe 6/7 times, at most, simply because their hosting activities run very smoothly and this is despite several changes of ownership.
A fault was reported in an email alias by one of our members. I failed to log-in so I contacted the Helpdesk getting a reply from Christopher McGuiness within the hour.
He asked for Profile details and found a variation which he corrected immediately.
I have logged in, checked email aliases though I couldn't find a fault!
Everything now seems to be working well.
Well done Easily for such a prompt response. No wonder I have selected your Hosting for such a long time.

I had an issue with not receiving emails to my domain address as my credit card had expired and the account had not auto renewed. Easily quickly restored my account without waiting for payment.

I've been with Easily for years and never had any problems with them.
But recently, my main domain has been having daily IP address changes, sometimes multiple times daily, so I decided to transfer it to my main host.
I've emailed Easily support twice now to get the IPS tag changed so that I can transfer the domain. No reply, no action taken.
There is no number to call. I can't find any way of raising a ticket. The only way to contact support that I can see is the email address I've already emailed twice.
How you can have an online company like this with no way to raise a ticket and no active support service is beyond me. Easily used to have a good reputation years ago when I joined them for my domains, I can't see how that's justified now.
I feel my domain is being held hostage, with no way to transfer it out, and this is a site I've been running for over 20 years.

I had a reasonable turnaround time for answering my query which involved escalation to a technical team although I was required to verify my identity which did delay the process slightly.
Overall, I am happy with the answer that I received and with the response time to receive it.

I have been unable to access my account to Outlook since 15/4 - there is no support phone number which there used to be a while ago. It very frustrating when trying to use messaging service and as I am emailing from a yahoo email and have now found messages in Spam - still not resolved despite giving my mobile number for call back - if this is monitored please can you prioritise a response to me as I am unable to reset several accounts that are linked to email you host

Was unable to add my account to Outlook and there is no support phone number which there used to be a while ago. The reply did resolve the issue but I can imagine how annoying it would be if it hadn’t and you have to email back and forth for days

After my negative review here recently Easily have responded and fixed the issue despite initially having no record of my account. There was a billing issue and my site was shut down. Thanks to Ryan at Easily it's all sorted... but a 5 star review isn't possible with no telephone support...just email which isn't great as it took 4 emails and a negative review here to get a response.
