DO NOT use this company. My mother, who is in her 80s, received several 'survey' calls, then they offered her free money-off vouchers and arranged for someone to visit. That young man entered my elderly mother's home and kept her talking for 2 hours until she signed a contract and handed over a cheque for £1300. They took the cheque Wednesday afternoon, paid it into the bank first thing Thursday and it cleared on Friday. She visited me on Saturday - having not slept a wink - and i spent an hour with her bank's fraud team trying to recoup the money. I wrote to this company - who don't answer their phones on a Saturday! - and said it would become a police matter if they did not return the money. They sent a cheque a week later, which, luckily for my mother, cleared. The email they sent me had no identifiers at all. No company details, no logos, no contact info, no job title, nothing. I asked for details of their CEO/MD and company details - nothing. This company has no morals. Hounding an elderly lady and entering her home - completely unacceptable. DO NOT use this company. They also go under the name East Anglian Home Improvements and East Anglian Windows. This isn't just poor, it's dangerous.

We has a canvasser called , who told us we could get money back on our old windows but being wood this was not true , but a sales person called very quickly after that and surprisingly we signed up in short order with a good price. We were disappointed by this as we later learned it was all going to go in a skip. We negotiated a small reduction The salesperson was helpful and saved us money in the end. Appointments thereafter were very slow to happen. First the surveyor then the installation , which after some prompting happened very suddenly , the day after the call ! The installation crew arrived late which caused me to miss Day 1 of a course I had signed up to and I got very cross with the installation manager when he attempted to bamboozle me about arrival time he had promised. Anyway the crew arrived and within the day installed eight windows. It was a long day and and although allocated a day and a half they did it in a day but eventually had to return to fix some under window areas they had missed , in one case they missed the underside of the window altogether. The head installer was good but we were left with the distinct impression his wingers were getting fed up and hungry by the end of the day and hence why some areas were missed. The call back was about a week and the rectifications were done to my satisfaction. Quality of windows is good and house noticeably warmer since.
