Managed to sort the issue with the cooker very easily and quickly and very friendly very good customer service.

My washing machine broke down yesterday, I asked Douglas for help ... but being abroad he obviously couldn't come to my house. However he was able to provide me with a very precise diagnosis and tell me what to do to repair my machine. Quality service, unfailing availability and indisputable professionalism, I highly recommend East Coast Appliances!

Douglas & Tyler came to fix our dishwasher which was suffering with an error code & failing pump. Communications were hassle free thanks to Hannah. On the day, they were very friendly & professional - they explained everything & left my kitchen as they found it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend east coast appliances for all your appliance needs.

Doug and his young assistant in training arrived in the time slot given..
Promptly assessing the fault of our large fridge / freezer!! He had in his magic box the part needed. Ta da within minutes problem solved. He also checked out another problem we asked him to look assuring us all was OK.
As always Doug was professional and Polite.
100% we would use East Coast Appliances again.

I was fortunate they had a late cancellation. They turned up at short notice. Sod’s Law, but the machine worked ok when I demonstrated the fault. But they checked it out, found a possible fault, which they’ll sort if it re-occurs, and were on their way again in ½ hour.

Great service from start to finish. I sent an email on Boxing Day to say my oven had stopped working and received a call back the next working day. I was given an appointment which was followed up with a text on the day to say that the engineer was on his way. Doug arrived & diagnosed the issue then undertook the repair straight away. He was very professional and friendly and the cost was really reasonable. I would highly recommend Doug at East Coast Appliances.

We booked an appointment and had a response within a day.
The engineer attended promptly at the agreed time and was able to repair our Bosch dishwasher as he had the part on board his van.

The man who saved Christmas!. Doug and the team really went the extra mile to fix our broken cooker in time for the big day. We have used East Coast Appliances in the past and the service they provide is always first class. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Douglas was on time, and managed to diagnose and solve the issue quickly and efficiently. Lovely manner, and would happily call again should any of our appliances break.

Had East Coast Appliances out recently to repair my washing machine which had started leaking. Called the company mid day on Monday, and after giving a description of the problem over the phone, was given an appointment for the next morning. Can't fault the service. Problem was fixed quickly and my washing machine was back to normal within 24 hours of it malfunctioning. Polite, punctual, informative and very reasonably priced (the same service would have cost double the amount if using one of the larger, well-known companies). I would definitely use East Coast Appliances again. I'm so glad I contacted them instead of rushing out in a panic to buy a new washing machine!

We have recently had an issue with our washing machine not emptying the water from the drum. They were able to come
Out very quickly and resolve. We were surprised how quickly they managed to get to the bottom of the issue by listening to the sound of the machine. I would fully recommend this company. Very professional and easy to get hold off and get an appointment booked in. Also very reasonably priced call out fee

I had issues with my washing machine and I called. Douglas came in and got it sorted out. He was friendly, kind and polite. He instructed me the best way to use the machine in other to avoid issues in the future. I am really happy with the company and this is the second time visiting me in a months and they have no issues with it. I will always call them with any appliances.
