Great Train company

I use East coast Trains a lot. And always use their site to book tickets.
Its Simple to understand and very convenient. Just input the code in the machine at your chosen station and there you have your tickets. And when things go wrong I know ESAT COAST will do everything they can to rectify the situation. AND...if the train is delayed or cancelled....you get a refund.

The worst of all the train companies!

The worst customer service in the world.
If you get delayed & complain, it'll take an age to sort & then if you are fortunate enough to get vouchers in compensation, you cannot use them on line!
Call centre is in (guess where.........) & that's a battle in itself!
Avoid them, go Virgin
