Scam company…..ordered 7 air up bottles…

Scam company…..ordered 7 air up bottles & pods for grandchildren…only the pods turned up.
,after leaving a review on here I was contacted by customer service….still not recieved the water bottles and now no responses to my messages….AVOID…AVOID …AVOID

I agree with all of these reviews this company….SCAM.

I agree with all of these reviews this company is a scam!!! I am furious. I have not received my order and now if it does come I bet it isn’t even what they said it was. I have sent numerous emails texts they responded in the beginning, now absolutely nothing crickets!!!!
I bet I will never see the product or my money. I am not happy! I had such hopes in the beginning.

DON’T TRUST THEM!

DON’T TRUST THEM!! THIEVES and LIARS who knowingly steal your money and commit fraud. They claimed to be a Canadian store who were shipping a product from Canada. I ordered an item with a North American plug and was shipped one with an EU plug from CHINA. When I complained and sent a photo as proof, they called me a liar and are now ignoring me. I’ve been messaging them for days with no response. I’m going to file a report for business fraud and I’ve contacted my credit card to see if I can get my money back but I don’t want others to go through what I did. Don’t get scammed… just stay away and learn from my lesson!!

UPDATE: I just received a repose that now says all sale items are final. First of all my item wasn’t on sale.. not that I was aware of. And they sent the WRONG ITEM. How can this be my fault?! Shady buggers. They will do anything to steal your money. How many other ways can I let people know not to use their site!!

This is a complete scam

This is a complete scam. I tried to cancel the order same day I ordered it as I realized it was a scam. They sent me a message saying “okey just a moment”. I sent another message and never got a reply. The item arrived after a month and it’s not working! Email came from a person named Krishna Harrinan. Stay away from this place!

This is a follow up to my last review

This is a follow up to my last review. I ordered an item and did not receive a confirmation or tracking information. After the review I received both a confirmation and tracking number. Almost a month later I have not received the item nor am I able to track the whereabouts of the parcel. Seems like a bogus tracking number. Beware!

Not worth it! Do not purchase

The product is not what the reviews state it is. It doesn't get warm enough on the blow dry setting and the waving wands don't even work. They don't wrap the hair. I emailed to inquire about the 30 day money back guarantee and they have not responded to my countless emails! Whatever you do avoid this store at all costs. It's a sham!

SCAM SCAM SCAM

It took 4 weeks to receive my order. When it arrived it was not the product as pictured. It was misrepresented to be a brand name product (pictures are actually from Dyson website) A non-branded item showed up that is available at 1/2 the price I paid on other websites. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Update: I’m not sure how my pictures that were uploaded were deleted but if you go on the website you’ll see that pictures are from Dyson website. You will receive a different product in which they will not allow to return because it is a beauty product even though it is not what I ordered. I sent an email twice to ask for a refund because I hadn’t received it yet and they told me it would be there soon. I guess at that point I should have contacted my credit card. Also it is not false information when I have proof of pictures and emails. AGAIN DON’T GET CAUGHT IN THIS SCAM.

Gotta love a good scam site

ANOTHER UPDATE: I have an email specifically from them stating as follows :
Hey Jade!

We are sorry you weren't pleased with your order. If there is anything we can do for you to make it better we will. We have looked at your order, Unfortunately due to it being a personal care product we are unable to do the return and we cannot accept returns on sale items as they are final.
So there u are again caught in another lie lol, also I have emailed several times and I have gotten nothing back. I have screen shots of all this proof, and the stolen pictures you took off dyson website. All I wanted was my money back but you won't give it to me and keep lying saying you did offer it. If you did why would I go through all this trouble? Its riduclous. I have made a claim with my credit card company and submitted to the Better Business Bureau with all this proof. Nice try tho.

UPDATE: they have responded that they have offered my money back which is a lie they told me specifically they wouldn’t refund me and they are claiming I don’t respond which is another lie I have emailed them last and they won’t respond to me and have all the emails to prove it. Love how you’re trying to lie. I will specifically write the product you are advertising is not what you sold me. You stole pictures off the dyson website and then send people a knock off item from china. That’s not how you do good business.
Gotta love a good scam site. Thanks for almost burning my house down and almost injuring me with your cheap faulty product. Im completely disgusted.

Didn't receive a tracking info in…

Didn't receive a tracking info in Shopify and didntreplied back to my emails immediately.

Edit: they replied but it was too late. I ordered it as a mistake and emailed them that day. They replied but said that it was too late and didn't get a refund so I just waited for the order to come. The tracking wasn't really clear as there are no links sent to me. The product is not like the picture but I guess that's what they're selling here counterfeit products.
