I came to eastern Clinique from uk for a MMO and overall my experience was amazing from start to finish, the surgeon was fantastic I am so so happy with my results and the nurses/co-ordinator were also fantastic, honestly they really were the best with me, I felt at ease all the time and reassured, the hostpital was so clean and tidy and every one was always professional and happy to help me, the hotel also was brilliant, if I had to do my surgery again I would definitely go back to Easter Clinique and would recommend anyone wanting surgery to use them they really are amazing! Thankyou so much you have changed my life

Honest review. Accompanied a friend for recent surgery. Let’s start with the good bits. Surgeon was great, did a fab job. Communicated excellent in our language (not turkish) Visited every day whilst in hospital. Hotel they put you in after was nice, couple of the staff was friendly.

Now for the not so good. late picking us up from airport had to wait an hour in cold and when they did pick us up it was a dirty old minibus not the vehicle that we was told we would have. Arrived at hospital early hours of morning and straight away the price we had been given suddenly increased dramatically. This needed to be done, that needed to be added and we felt very pressured to pay but we did not although it certainly made us unsure if we had chosen the right company.
the nurse they gave us was quite pushy and not very professional.l, always trying to get more money out of you for something.
The whole process of recovery was not up to standards as nurses had to be reminded several times to administer pain relief, empty catheter bags and drains. Hospital rooms not cleaned every day and stains still on floor days later . Bed never cleaned and just unhygienic. Food in hospital was atrocious. No english tv channels and nurses hardly spoke english.
If you have lipo apparently you have to have massages after to drain the fluids. this was not mentioned until after surgery and then we was told it was between €80-€100 per massage. This should have been included or at least mentioned before hand. Also got pressured to purchase extra body suits for €80. just seems that every single chance they had to extort more money they did. could end up costing a fortune after the large sum paid for the surgery. On a whole, i would not recommend this company.

First of all I'm going to say Thank You Dr Mehmet Solmaz from Easternclinique for being an exceptional doctor, your commitment to patient care and your patients well-being is truly commendable, I came from the UK for a revision tummy tuck and liposuction(performed by another clinic)and I have no regrets, also a massive thank you to my nurse Emine who has been looking after me 24/7 and a great massage therapist. Without the team it would not be possible

I came to eastern Clinique in Istanbul on 02/09/24 from liverpool to visit dr mehmet solmaz and his team . I had breast augmentation with implants , 360 Lipo & tummy tuck . Very professional and outstanding service from start to finish I’m very happy with my results . Ad a big thankyou especially to nurse emine , she is a lovely person who helped m in every way possible I will forever be thankful . Thanks to all the team once again I would recommend 🫶🏻

I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair.
My honest opinion is that the care at the hospital is not amazing language barrier and all, however the Surgeon is brilliant, very well experienced and knowledgeable. The results are amazing I'm happy with my body. I would definitely recommend the Dr. I would recommend having a pre op and post op document put together for patients especially when you intend to go without a companion, containing what to do before and what to expect etc. I went alone and it didn't help at all, I would recommend going with a companion as it would make your experience so much better.

I was really happy with the experience with Dr Mehmet Solmaz and my surgery. He is a really carefully doctor with a lot of experience and knowledge! Also for my visit the month ahead he took time to check on me postoperative and explained me everything before/after surgery.
Also Emine and the nurses in the hospital were really cute to me and helpful! Always again!

It was my first time in the clinic and wasn’t sure how it would be like. However, since I landed until the time I left Istanbul, the clinic staff were great beginning to end. Friendly, trustworthy, committed with me throughout my treatment. The hotel I stayed was excellent and the staff were well skilled, punctual willing to go the extra mile to accommodate my needs. I strongly recommend this clinic to anyone interested in use their services.

The doctor was great speak fluent English but the nurses didn’t speak english at all
That’s was the only downtown.
The hotel was very good also the hospital is clean and good standard after care was also great.

I had 360 tummy tuck, breast uplift and implant - the information I received about the aftercare and after the procedure was very poor I didn’t realise this until after my surgery when it was very obvious they didn’t prepare me at all and when I advised I was coming alone they never once advised I bring someone which in my opinion they should. I didn’t know what to expect it was my first time having any surgery yet this is a company that provide this service multiple times a day so for me they should prepare their patients with a lot more information. No one speaks English except the doctor who you barely see. Then once you are there, there are loads of hidden cost they tell you nothing about before you go or even prepare you that you might have to pay as I sent my pictures and was quoted before I went but when I got there they advised it would be more they advised I needed a full tummy tuck yet the quote doesn’t specify what tummy tuck you get so it was my understanding I was quoted as per pics. Then they charge extra for blood that they don’t tell you about till after they give you it. Then for extra stay in hospital even your not staying in the hotel you payed for anyway I tried to make payment but my card declined due to making such a large payment in a foreign country and when I got home I spoke to a legal team when I was home who advised I should not make the payment given I was not advised of costs before hand and I was quoted as per my photos that I sent prior to surgery. Due to this eastern Clinique declined my after care once I was home after 2 weeks with no one to look at me after surgery and advise what I needed to do. My breast are uneven and the stitched my skin with lumps under my breast so the skin underneath is not uneven which effects the look of the breast then I had to get alot of stitches removed that was advised were dissolvable luckily my friend is a nurse otherwise I would not of known they needed removing as eastern Clinique advised me 6 weeks when Infact they are supposed to dissolve within 14 days I had over 30 stitches removed. Please do not use eastern Clinique they are a terrible service they have given me uneven breasts and also not the size I asked for it’s all about money for them. I would never recommend anyone to go there I was a vulnerable women alone and they were demanding money off 2 days after surgery one advisor even walked in while I was almost naked who was a man! The doctor does not listen to what you want just tells you what he’s going to and even though I still paid a lot of money for surgery I denied my after care coz I didn’t pay for all the extras they tried to get out of. Disgusting don’t be fooled by the glorified instagram page which they will only post the best outcomes on! Terrible I am mortified by the way I was treated and still am about the whole experience!!

Everything went well. Only thing that was a bit difficult, was that most of the staff could not speak English properly, but they took good care of me. Post surgery care was good, even after 3 months they are still in touch. Overall experience was good and I got what I wanted.

I am completly satisfeid and after my sergery i am very happy.the dr is very nice one and all staff is co.operative.and they solve out my problem wirh sutgery very nicely.i am thankful to all of them.it is amazing and cheap.thanks a lot again

Eastern Clinique changed my life and my confidence ❤️ I had scar revision, tummy tuck and muscle repair with Dr. Rabiye on 22nd October. Finding the right clinic and surgeon for this operation was really important to me, so from the moment I met the team I knew I made the right decision choosing Easten Clinique. Everything about the clinic is great, their service, the doctors and nurses, the team (especially Ayla she is amaizing), the hotel, their VIP transfer and even the hospital, it was the cleanest hospital I have ever been in! The booking process, the consultation all the way through to the surgery and aftercare was amazing. The team and surgeon really look out for you and ensure you feel reassured, comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. I have been to Istanbul 4 times for surgery and have never had an experience like this, I would pick Eastern Clinique 100 times over.
