Despite the small shop, there's plenty of choice, the personnel is friendly and happy to meet the needs of the client. Final quote was way more convenient than other bigger supplier and the fitting went very smoothly, the guys were polite and precise.

They helped me out a lot throughout the whole process and were very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

They have been caught trying to dump their waste in my building apartment today. This is unbelievable unacceptable behaviour

This company dumps rubbish illegally in commercial road and jubilee street.

Dumping rubbish anywhere in the neighbourhood is unprofessional. Also they tried to illegally dispose of their commercial waste in a residential (privately owned) bin store. This says a lot about this business...

They dump their rubbish in front of neighbouring apartment buildings.

The staff in the shop were very friendly and were not putting any pressure on trying to sell the most expensive carpets. The guys that installed the carpet were great and very friendly as well, they kept me informed on the day regarding my time slot. The carpet looks and feels great and the installers took all the rubbish away and even hovered the new carpet before they left.

Cowboys, avoid

They sell carpets. Yes, the same carpets you can buy elsewhere. But they sell them cheaper, and they give better service than almost anyone else. I would give them more than 5* if I could.

Ubaid who helped me with this purchase agreed to drive to the property to measure up within 5 minutes. Not "make an appointment for 2 weeks' time" or whatever, he was literally there within minutes.

The carpet was fitted a week later, a four floor townhouse with stairs all the way up. The guys who did the fitting did a great job.

If you want to get the same product, but slower, and less well done for more money, go elsewhere!

Service was very quick. Quality of carpet is high. Good communication throughout. Appreciate them fitting me in at short notice. Had one very small niggle which they came back to fix no questions asked and for free. Have used before and will use again.

DISGUSTING CONDUCT. STAY AWAY, especially if you or anyone you know is a woman. One of their employees was part of the team moving a bed into my sister's flat and he SEXUALLY ASSAULTED HER. The owner completely dismissed my sister's and mother's complaints and they tried to deny it at first!!! The CRIME has been elevated with the police but the owner of this place did nothing!

Do NOT TRUST this company and any of the people working there with providing you any type of service, especially not one involving moving things into the safety of your home - and especially be careful if you're a woman!
