BE CAREFUL OF DENTAL CARE AT EAST SANDIDGE CENTER
$6,000 PAID TWO YEARS AGO — WORK NOT COMPLETED, NO REFUND, STILL NO PERMANENT BRIDGE
THIS REVIEW IS SUPPORTED BY PHOTOS, EMAILS, TEXT MESSAGES, AND OTHER DOCUMENTATION
Let me begin by saying this is a lengthy review, but I encourage anyone considering going to Dental Care at East Sandidge to read it in its entirety.
This is not a fake or exaggerated review. Please review the posted photos, emails, text messages, and additional correspondence.
I paid Dr. Jackson with Jackson Family Dentistry approximately $6,000 for a front bridge. A temporary bridge was placed, and the permanent bridge was supposed to be completed within 4–6 weeks. That did not happen.
I was given excuses, including that the bridge came in but he “didn’t like the fit.” That made no sense.
About a year later, Dr. Jackson sold the practice to a corporate, multi-location dental firm operating as Dental Care at East Sandidge Center. After the sale, I contacted them about the status of my bridge. They told me the bridge had never been ordered and that they would have to locate the records.
Dr. Jackson later confirmed by text that the records were easy to locate because the two systems had merged. Again, it felt like lie after lie. Dr. Jackson's text "that's a lie. All records are electronic. Even your Jackson Family Dentistry information is fully transferred over. I saw it when you came in after the sale."
I also have text messages from Dr. Jackson indicating that, after he sold his dental practice to Dental Care at East Sandidge Center, he was fired after trying to take care of his patients. I understand that may sound serious, but I have the text messages to support it. Dr. Jackson's text “Yeah, they fired me for protecting patients and staff, so I have no power to help. The doctors there are not trained to handle your case.”
To make matters worse, due to the pressure from the temporary bridge — which was only supposed to remain in my mouth for a couple of months — one of my adjacent teeth eventually popped out and became infected. They refused to call in an antibiotic or provide treatment. Not to be melodramatic, but infections in the mouth can become very serious.
Again, this is a true and accurate review, and it is not embellished. Photos, text messages, emails, and other documentation to posted.
I will end this by say Dr. Jackson, is agreeing to help fix this for cost, but the cost is still substantial.
