Excellent, comprehensive and clear. Nicely paced, clear instructions. We all got 100% on the exam!

David is an excellent educator and very personable!

He held the room's attention for a full Friday session in our offices, kept everybody really engaged and the feedback from the team has been exceptional.

His personal experience shines through and he shared quite a few anecdotes which really hit home the importance of what he was teaching.

David came to my job on the 28th November 2023. The First Aid training was very informative and he made it interesting and memorable. On the 21st February 2024 I had to put it to practice. I was at a restaurant when I heard some panicking voices, I turned around and saw an elderly man slumped over the table. No staff knew first aid. I quickly ran over. He had passed out and was not breathing, face was ashy he had a weak pulse and was unresponsive. I got help with getting him on the floor, by that time there was no pulse and he was really cold. I started CPR immediately and within 1 minute he started to regain consciousness and was responding to my questions. I stayed with him until the ambulance arrived. You never know when you might need these skills. Thank you David for providing such important knowledge. Anette

David is the best First Aid trainer I have ever had. He goes at a good pace, explains things in detail and listens to the needs of the group. I have come away feeling more confident and have grown in my knowledge. I would highly recommend him to groups - a day well spent. He is incredibly knowledgeable and funny which made the day enjoyable. Thank you David.

I had a training day with David yesterday here at Centre for Sight, and I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for the whole day, he was so thorough, friendly and very informative, learning how to use the AED and how to perform CPR was absolutely brilliant, I now feel I could use this machine should this occasion ever happen to me. The training course I attended today was very well delivered. It had just the right amount of content to keep people interested and was very informative.

Today I attended my First Aid Training Course hosted by David Hewitt from East Saxon Training. The training day was excellent, not only was it a brilliant refresher, but I also learned new techniques and had lots of fun too.

The training was well organised from the point of registering, to a warm welcome on arrival, with a great atmosphere throughout the day. David delivered the training in a very easy-to-understand and informative way, allowing plenty of time for questions too. It was interactive and hands-on, putting into practice the theory he shared with us, the balance was perfect.

Highly recommend this First Aid Training with David, and I will be back for more training in the future.

Myself and two colleagues attended David's Emergency First Aid training today.

It was very informative and equally entertaining, but most importantly: we now all agree that we feel far more likely to be able to help someone who needs first aid, and (although hopefully never needed), to be able to save someone's life.
