I ordered creams here a while ago. I received some that stink horribly and don't deliver what they promise! The company's terms and conditions state that you can return the creams after 14 days if you are not satisfied. The support does not want to give the delivery address, instead they only want to give credit for 10 - 20 USD, although the amount was over 100 USD!

Totally dubious company, never again!!!! ATTENTION!!!!

I was quite happy when this bag arrived after three weeks. The overall capacity was impressive and the waterproof feature worked well. However, the hooks felt a bit flimsy. It wasnt perfect, but for the price, it did the job decently.

Do not order from this company. Products are cheap from China. I ordered Magic Root Touch Up. After waiting over 3 weeks, they arrived broken and boxes were crushed. I filed a complaint with the company and they refuse to send me a full refund (even with photo proof). They only offered me $8 on a $28 order even though the products are damaged and unusable. I have filed a claim with Klarna.

Didn’t know you could price change when I purchased my 3 t-shirts at 50% off I had a code the emailed me But did not accept at the check out, I tried canceling my order so I would be charged the full amount of $82.00 But no cancellation was given and there is no email or phone number to contact the company. So I will never purchase from them again. Very disappointed, really wanted the t-shirts. But can’t afford 3 shirts at $82.00

If you want to make a return they will offer you a refund to keep your order.

You keep aaking for a return label but they refuse to give it and keep offering refunds.

I made a complain by Klarna, they solved the problem.

I ordered a zip shirt with buttons, got a plain shirt, took £40 for it, when I complained, they said it’s what I ordered. Stay clear, scam!!! 🤢🤮

I ordered Zip Shirts (shirts with a zip behind the line of buttons so that you can zip the shirt instead of button it). I received regular shirts with no zip. I contacted the company to return the items and get a refund buth they argued that I received what I ordered. I called my credit card company to complain. They will contact easy-cheap-go bank to notify the scam.

I ordered a shirt from this company. I noted however that they had withdrawn from my PayPal account more than what the shirt had been advertised for.
When I made a complaint about this, they refunded most but not all of the difference.
Then when I went to give negative feedback about my experience with them on their customer review page, I found myself locked out of the site!

I placed an order on July 24, and didn't receive it until October 12. They quoted shipment within 12-15 business days, but in reality, it took 59 business days to deliver. They also charged me well above the AUD-USD exchange rate at the time. Repeated emails enquiring as to the status of my order received vague replies and little to no customer service. When I FINALLY got my order (by this point I had resigned myself to being scammed) one of the two shirts ordered was the incorrect size. The quality appeared to be okay, but certain features such as the collar stay seemed to be absent. Further enquiry into rectifying sending me the incorrect size resulted in a reply by them stating that according to my order, they did send me the correct products despite me sending them a screenshot of the order summary I was sent once the order had been placed as well as photos of the size labels in the shirts. Their response was, they were right, I was wrong (despite presenting direct evidence to contradict that) and that if the size wasn't right, maybe I could give the shirt away to someone who it would fit correctly. I would highly recommend doing your research, and strongly consider shopping elsewhere before ordering from Easy-Cheap-Go.

This "company" is a scam, I never received my order. In reply to my complains I always received the same stereotype answer, the servers are being updated and I should be patient and trust them. Luckily I got refunded by PayPal. Very thankful for that

I ordered two shirts in the middle of July. They kept on sending email saying that the order was in the process. However, it was not shipping. My AMEX was charged immediately. However, I am sitting at the end of August with still no shirts. I have disputed with American Express And continue to go back to the company who keeps saying that the order is in the process. Today, they decided to re-issue my order as a new order. This is definitely a scam. Please do not buy from this company.
