This company is a scam and needs to be…
This company is a scam and needs to be shut down. Why would anyone pay 88 dollars for a form that’s free. They also have all my personal information.
Don’t bother.
Used it to apply for a passport. The shipping label was rejected by usps and couldn’t be used. It was expensive and I could have just written the information in myself. Not worth $80 at all.
just what others have said
just what others have said. they do not explicitly state that they are charging you to fill out a free form and one assumes that the fee is going to the gov. for a new passport. they also asked for a lot of personal information that i'm not sure even the government would ask for as mothers maiden name. it wasn't until after I filled out the application I saw that there was the actual $130 fee that the government asks for. do not use. I had to cancel all of my cards and put a freeze on my credit because of their shady practices.
Total scam
It's a scam and I don't why Google and US government have not shutdown the website. Google has the responsibility to get rid those bad actors. This scammer sends you a prepaid postage worth $1 for $88.83
I wonder that's why they got away
Scam
Scam. They charge like 89 dollars just to fill out the form. It is only the form. Not clearly stated. They make the site look like a government site. This should be illegal. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Had I known I never would’ve used this service.
DO NOT USE.
TOTAL SCAM!
TOTAL SCAM!! They pretend to be the State Department and charge you to fill out a FREE form. DO NOT USE THEM
This site is a scam
This site is a scam. They charge you to fill out a form that is FREE at the post office. DO NOT USE THIS POS SITE!
SCAM pose as the free state website…
SCAM pose as the free state website for passport renewal. Called bank to dispute pending transaction and they are attempting to retrieve monies. Tried calling company and of course had to leave a VM so I suspect I will not get a return call. They should be out of business!!!!!!
As everyone else says, a scam
As everyone else says, they are a scam. They charge you to fill out a form which is in fact free, pretending that it is the passport fee; the application is then returned because the real fee has not been paid. So the only result is to a waster of $60 and a delay of a month.
They should not be in business
They should not be in business. This is a joke. I actually thought that the $67.88 I paid was going to the Federal Government for payment to renew my passport. They claim that I’m paying for a “expert” reviewer. If I’d know that was all I was paying for I would have never sent them the money.
Such a scam
Such a scam
I thought I was applying for my passport
Not a site to help me fill it out
Even when my bank declined the transaction I pushed it through
My bank accepted the dispute and is going to get my money back
I was scammed into thinking I had to…
I was scammed into thinking I had to legit pay for forms to fill out my passport when actually these forms are free. I was charged $85. Please refund my money
Paid for something that was Free
Paid for something that was Free. This is very misleading.
This Site Sould Be Illegal
Duped into thinking they were legit and paid for nothing that was not already free. Then they try to sell a passport photo from home that would not be accepted.
The worst part is they have all your private information such as your bank account number, social security number, birth date, phone number, your address, your maiden name, your parents names and their dates of birth! Holy Mother of God, my family doesn’t even have all this information! Since this isn't a government site this should be illegal!!!
I have a friend that is an attorney that I’m going to contact concerning this situation.
Not a passport renewal
Similar to others, I was duped into thinking this was a renewal method. All they did was tell you how to renew for a $67 cost.
They refunded my money
I was not able to use this service bc I needed my passport renewal rushed and they just made filling out the form much easier. This is not an expedited service. I asked for a refund and got it right away.
I read the other reviews and they do say in multiple places they are not the government. There is a service fee and a gov fee that was easy for me to see.
Easy to use but a little pricy
I needed a passport and got help from this site. They have an easier to use form than the government and they also helped my with my passport photo.
I think it was a little expensive but it did make it a lit easier for me get this done.
Lead to IDENTITY THEFT, possibly
All the above reviews (except the 5 starred one who sadly was duped) state the problem. It is free to fill out your government passport application online. This scam pretends they are helping you do it for only 67 dollars but when you stupidly pay it thinking you are paying the government (yes to reading the fine print)
they’ve got you. I insisted on a refund immediately and while others say they had to fight to get one, I got mine immediately. But here’s the rub! After that I had a multitude of IDENTITY THEFT to the card I had given them. Door dash, Uber post, and plane tickets over 2000 in cost. My credit card company is refunding but hours of my life was stolen. I can’t prove it was them but it began right after my mistake. Beware!
This website is misleading & poses a security threat
This website is misleading. Users are under the impression that they're registering and paying for a passport.
The online form-filling process mirrors the government site, rendering your services redundant and posing a security risk.
I spent an hour on the phone with my bank after I realized this issue. I had to cancel my credit card and apply strict authenticity measures to my entire account.
I demanded a prompt refund, but customer services are not responding to that.
I have legal assistance and will take full action against these scammers if they don’t respond within 24 hours.
They don’t know who they’re dealing with. I will not let this one go!
Deceptive Practices
Their forms were clean and very 'government like' official. It wasn't until I was prompted to pay for an actual application fee that I realized I was not on a government site, and the actual government site provides this service for free. Trevor and Nora, I am going to find you if I do not get a full refund
