Easy Bathrooms at Boston BEWARE Checked…
Easy Bathrooms at Boston BEWARE Checked on google and if visiting the store it said you don’t have to pay for parking if you use their spaces. We parked in the disabled bay right outside their entrance door. Fined £60 - appealed & declined - 2 days later I revisited & surprise surprise fined again. £120 just to visit their store. Won’t be going there again !!

Nightmere shipping side
I ordered some trim, pick the date, a friday for delivery to store, so i could pick up that friday or the saturday morning. Got an email confirming the date, to then get an email, to say it would be the following Monday. I email to say I'd had the confirm date as the friday, the store replied and then rang to let me know they had change the order to Saturday, which they were help, then I received a call on friday to say the store manager had contacted they shipping and they hsd told her that it woulfn't be shipped until Wednesday, even later than ever, she asked why they said the lorry was full but they hadn't let her know. Shipping side a nightmere, store tried to do as much as possible.

At Boston on the website it said Free
Parking to the Front and Rear. So we
Went to choose some Bathroom Tiles.
We spent £650. The following week we had a car parking ticket for £60 we
Did not see any signs or machines that
Said you needed a car parking ticket. We have sent a email to the company and Easy Bathrooms but they haven’t
Replied we will not return to this store.

Fantastic service and quality products
The people I dealt with in the Boston store (Laura and Alyson) were super efficient and friendly. Always responded promptly and sorted out a damaged (in transit) item as quickly as they could. Also loving the quality of the products. We are very happy with our new Shower Room and highly recommend Easy Bathrooms.

Bath to shower conversion
Friendly service, very helpful in designing bathroom conversion to shower room. Only negative was the need to order an additional wall panel as the requirement was underestimated. Very pleased with the overall result.
