Very well looked after. Delivery was great too.

Communication is great up until you buy from easy bathrooms but as soon as the payment goes through, communication stops. Arranged a delivery date a week before our plumber was due to start, all came apart from the bath. I then had to call them to ask where it was and was informed as it was a ‘special order’ it was going to be later delivery. I was told it would 3 days later on the Saturday. Saturday came and again no communication of delivery time so I had to call them. I was informed that it wasn’t going to be delivered until the following Wednesday meaning the bathroom couldn’t be fitted when we had planned. I was told to contact customer services but unable to get hold of anyone.
Such poor communication and lack of commitment from the company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Staff at Cheltenham especially Danny were a great help.

Good opening times, huge choice all available to view physically, very quick ordering process. No glitches whatsoever, excellent price for very good quality bathroom suite. The store manager and everybody else were very helpful, straight to the point, good advice on purchase options. The bathroom suite has now been fitted, it looks great and it is very functional thank you very much easy bathrooms Cheltenham.

The assistance offered by Michelle Sampson, simple. First class service from the day I walked in to the Cheltenham showroom and throughout. Product choice also excellent.

Bought my tiles from easy bathroom, was told no return but they over estimated by 3 boxes . After going in to store they agreed a refund , so great result in the end

Faulty product, poor quality shower screen not fit for purpose, lets water through seal came away after 2 x uses. Raised with customer services within appropriate timescales and requested refund. Poor response, slow replies, tried to apportion blame suggested I had cleaned it and pushed seal away, blamed reputable plumber who fitted it. After numerous emails, eventually offered replacement seal with the expectation I was to fit this but base of product not level leaving gap. Will never shop there again terrible product and after sale service provision. They do not honour their refund policy.

The Cheltenham branch were excellent, just had a few problems with a damaged draw front but was solved in the end

It was nightmare. First delivered wrong size and second time the delivery pick up wrong item and didn't give us correctly bathroom enclosure and very hard to get hold of the customer service. We have to cancel ours guests booking.it cost us financially stress as well.

Staff are friendly helpful and knowledgeable and always a pleasure in purchasing from this Cheltenham store. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone wishing to improve there bathroom.

Great in store service from Danny and Jon. Do read the small print! Do order in advance of booking your bathroom fitter as the website advises. Do check everything on delivery. Where you are supposed to store everything beats me but it will avoid hiccups such as your installer being delayed/held up when he has his next job waiting! Am very happy with my new bathroom superbly installed by Knights Touch.

They were very helpful although the communication between staff in the showroom could have been better.
Fitter was brilliant.
Over all I was very happy with the results.
