Quality of the tile is not worth the money better pay and take from somewhere else

The service and products are outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the bathroom I purchased. Whilst I would agree this company isn’t the cheapest, the quality of the products are brilliant and are worth the money.

The mirror we bought had a protective film on it, much like cabinets do. Understandably, we did not remove the film until the mirror was installed. However, the protective film was holding a broken corner in place. Customer services refused to replace the mirror because it had been installed. I don’t think this was reasonable in the circumstances.

Derek, Rob, Tom and the team were excellent. They were patient as we chose our colour scheme and accessories and then helped us to match in grout, floor tiles and just about everything. They made the experience a pleasure.
Would use again!

Excellent sales person, good product.

Good staff except one. Loved to do shopping with them. Did not mind as to how many questions and visits one asked. Expensive goods but half of them don’t work or give up working within two weeks of using e.g. shower taps, douche etc. Made a complaint and am going through the process of them investigating. Until thel then one has to suffer for either cold or hot water. The mixers have stopped working. Extra funds now needed to plumb back again if the company replaces the goods. Let’s see.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I think we dealt with Derek. He went out of his way to help.

Excellent quality bathroom, looks fantastic. Design process was great with Derek at the Lakeside showroom. Gurpreet Singh, installation manager, is so efficient and helpful. I will definitely use again. Thanks very much.

After several visits to the store, we selected the bathroom suite we wanted. Staff were very helpful and patient as I was not sure what I wanted and they provide advice and help, which I needed. I then placed my order and everything was delivered on the agreed date..or so I thought. Firstly the delivery men did not want me to check that everything ordered had been delivered - said they had already check it when loading the van and didn't have time to wait as they had other deliveries and wanted me to sign to say all had been delivered, which I did not do!!
However mid way through the installation (which I paid an my own builder to do) when he opened the box which contained the sink vanity unit he was dismayed to find that I have been sent a used and faulty unit!!.
I had to then request a new unit to be delivered, but they could not deliver in the time my builder had scheduled to be at my property, so I had no sink in my bathroom for 3 weeks!! I also had to then pay my builder an extra days work to come back and install it, then had to fight to get Easy bathrooms to cover this unforeseen additional cost.
Absolute nightmare. The showroom agent, who had been so helpful when I was placing my order was not at all helpful and I can to contact their customer services team several times before they agreed to compensate me - after requesting I send in proof from my builder of his fee!! There was still no explanation or apology for sending out a used, faulty item.
Thank God a new bathroom is not something I need to buy in the near future, but if it was I would NEVER give them my custom again.

We recently spent around £35k with Easy Bathrooms. To be fair, the quality of the products was excellent and Tom, who sold us the bathrooms, was extremely helpful throughout. The installation team (Peter and his crew – Oleg, Stefan, and Vlad) were also brilliant, working with real precision and attention to detail.

Peter the regional manager was quite helpful too. Did all he could to get missing items out to us asap. The company need improve on logistics and customer care.

However, the aftercare and customer service completely let the experience down. The Lakeside manager we dealt with was condescending, patronising, and borderline rude. When our water was cut off for three days, forcing us to book a hotel, we were told by this manager that Easy Bathrooms does not cover such issues and that it was simply “common sense” to expect to be without water. Highly unhelpful and dismissive. When you are assigned to manage a store, restaurant, team of people - emotions and stress needs to hidden from customers.

On top of this, five items were missing from the initial delivery and some products had to be replaced, which only added to the frustration.

In short: great products and installers, but appalling after service that ruins the overall experience.

Extremely disappointing experience – not recommended

We spent over £6,000 at Easy Bathrooms Lakeside with the expectation of a professional service and timely completion of our bathroom project. Unfortunately, our experience was filled with repeated mistakes, poor service, and a lack of accountability.

Wrong items were delivered multiple times, causing unnecessary delays and disruption. The salesperson we dealt with was clearly incompetent, offering poor guidance and failing to manage the order correctly. When we raised our concerns, the manager responded with a diplomatic and evasive explanation, clearly aimed at protecting the employee and the company’s reputation rather than resolving our issues or taking any real responsibility.

This kind of approach reflects a very poor business ethic. After spending a significant amount of money, we expected a level of service and support that simply wasn’t delivered. It feels like once they secured the sale, customer care was no longer a priority.

We would not recommend this branch to anyone. No customer should have to go through the level of stress and disappointment we’ve faced. Avoid if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Quick easy process with polite professional staff.

Easy to order, quality product and very friendly service when collected from store. Rad was best size and price when we did our research. Highly recommend.

I kinder new what I wanted but Mathew was a great help he helped me make decisions quite easily.

Not first visit to store and this time served by tom and again real engaging and took time to explain.

Tom at Thurrock was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He listen to our plans and ideas and gave us great advice and ideas. Tom is a great asset to easy bathrooms and should be praised for his service.

Visited store last Saturday while shopping at lakeside never new it was there . Just bought first house so in the market for new bathroom and wow some lovely displays. Was meet by salesman tom really nice guy and someone that understands bathrooms . Store was really quite need music maybe as found ourselves whispering.
