A large showroom well laid out assistance was 100% .I would recommend this outlet for all your needs,as a bathroom showroom it’s the best place for your needs and the best showroom i have found in a long time . I could not rate the staff or the showroom highly enough

So popped into the store as I was struggling to get a shower tray the size I wanted.. spoke to jade and she was very helpful sorted it in a flash and said it would be in by Thursday.. all collected and very happy.. she is a credit to the company x

The sales team are really friendly and helpful and always will to do their best. The products seem good and area solidly made. They held the products for a complete bathroom and shower in stock for 4 months. They dealt with ordering extra items during installing quickly and delivery was quick.

Great service from Jade
Great service from Jade from the Maidstone store. She kept us up to date and was very helpfull throught the whole process.
Only criticism we had was that of the delivery service. We twice had 2 scheduled delivery dates that arrived 1 day later. This could have been a big issue for those taking time of work.
Overall very satisfied and would recommend to others.
