Great experiences with Easybook
As a business we have be using Easybook for a long time now. We have some really great communications with our Account manager- Aimee Bozac. The booking process is easy, invoices are clear and easy to read, and any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. We will be continuing to use Easybook for future courses.

Preffered supplier for Training!
I used Easybook training for one training session. I found that they were so easy to work with and had such a good selection of courses. Once the training had been completed, I decided to onboard them as our preferred supplier for training due to the ease and expertise of their staff. Special mention to Holly, who deals with all my wild and wonderful requests. and TBH they are wonderful even when Holly is off. Thanks, guys, looking forward to working with you in the future.

Great service, easy and quick to arrange
Great service. Booked 2 different site safety remote courses for 2 members of staff using online facility which was clear and easy to use. Received all the information we needed and help was on hand when we needed it over the phone. Both remote courses where easy to set up and completed successfully. Confirmation of passing each course was emailed quickly and certificates followed a few weeks later. Will definitely use Easybook Training again.

Waiting for refund on a course they overbooked
I booked a course, paid for it and was then informed that it was fully booked and I would get a refund which would take around 3-5 days. This is pretty annoying in itself but was happy to wait for it. the 5 days came and they informed me that my refund had in fact been missed. Waited the 3-5 days again and was then informed again that it was missed. I then called and the woman was so rude on the phone. She didn't let me finish my sentences which makes me think this is a common problem. At the time of writing this, I am still waiting for my money.
