I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service I received from Amy Duncan!! She is top notch! When I first started contacting transport companies, I was very nervous because it was my first time and I was afraid some wouldn’t be legit. I was clueless about the whole process. Amy’s very calming voice and demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. She explained everything to me and was kind, friendly, helpful, and very professional from start to finish in the transport of my Jeep from WI to CT. She was in contact with me daily with updates and always a pleasure to communicate with. She got me the best price she could and although I had some bumps in the road (no fault of Amy’s), it all worked out and I’m a very happy customer. Use this company. You will not be disappointed. Other companies were charging a lot more and some wanted a deposit right away. Don’t do it. 5 stars all the way go to Amy Duncan and this company!!

I was in a time crunch as I had just purchased my Tahoe on a Thursday and needed it delivered by Monday… Jessica was my life saver. She took care of all the hard work for me. Everything was very easy and convenient. She checked on me throughout the whole process. And she got me the best price. I literally had called about 10 other transports and they all were quoting outrageous prices but Jessica came through for the WIN. And the driver Aleksei was amazing as well. I will definitely be recommending this transport to all my other flight attendant friends since we move often and I’ll be using this company in the future as well. Thanks again

I was very happy with Easy Car Transit. I was going thru a stressful situation while on vacation My car was in accident in Las Vegas and I needed to get it home to Cali.There are so many out of tow companys that were rude ,over priced and sketchy.So when Easy Car Transit called me I was a little skeptical but,they were very friendly,patient and helpful.They were able to answer all my questions and concerns and ease my anxieties about getting my car home.My agent was Marcel and he kept in contact with me frequently and I was able to talk to the driver to get the ETA on my car. The Driver was really nice and I was so happy to have my car back at home and so quickly too I signed a contract for pick up on a Monday and my car was home by lunch time that Tuesday.Just know when you get a quote for pick you may or may not get that price only because the drivers are the ones who will accept the offer or not.Its almost like fishing The agent puts your rate out there on the board waiting to get a bite and that maybe a reason to you might not necessarily get the day you want If the drivers aren't biting that rate just an FYI but, all in all I was more than satisfied

Do not use this company!!

I arranged my contract with Amber Alcott on 6/17/2022. I asked her what was the first available date and she advised the following day, 6/18/2022. She told me the price was $500 + $100-150 wench fee due to the vehicle not starting. She sent me the contracts, which I completed and had sent back to her. On 6/18/2022 I reached out to make sure we were all set up and she was not responding. I called the company and reached a representative Nate. He looked into it and informed me Amber went home before the contracts were completed and therefore Amber never had the vehicle scheduled with the driver. Amber did not inform me of a time to have the contracts in by to have it completed. When I told her I was waiting for a piece of information to input, her response was "take your time" or "no rush". If she knew this had to be completed prior to the end of her shift to secure the driver, she should have been transparent and told me. Nate, who was not customer friendly, told me he would "do his best and call me back". I had to follow up with him for updates. He finally gets a driver to complete this but wanted me to pay $150 more. I have to pay more for their mistake? No. I reminded him of a contract they had me sign and how much it stated I was paying and I will not pay a penny more. I did not hear back from him at all. On 6/20/2022 I informed Amber and Nate to make sure my contract is cancelled and Amber was reversing everything she told me on 6/17/2022. Keep in mind, this was all done in messages and I have them all as proof. Horrible customer service.

Easy Car Transport's Amy Duncan provided the only reliable quote and transportation for our vehicle, because of timeframe. She went above and beyond with the driver this morning and helped me out so that the car was delivered as promised. thank you so much, we will be using your service again!
