Worst crypto wallet and exchange I've ever used. Not a simple process to sell certain coins from wallet. I wouldn't personally be using their wallet for trading crypto especially if you want to sell in a hurry.

5 Days for tether withdraw
Made withdraw of Tether on saturday morning Binance cleared withdraw so it took 5 days for Easy Crypto to find the order which was marked correctly I did my part after multiple attempts to get some service which takes way to long my frustrations grew, my order disappeared from my Order log which looked suspicious then all the chat logs about said order just disappeared almost as if the order never existed and after 5 days of waiting I let them know what I thought about their service and was starting to believe they were going to steal my money as everything was disappearing, Instead of a heartfelt apology about the delay I get an email saying your order has been sorted and will be deleteing your account to the abusive nature of your messages.. Wow you run a 3rd world country crypto exchange slower than a traditional bank look like your stealing funds from disappearing orders and messages look about as competent as a chimpanzee flying an airplane and turn the entire thing back on the customer as thou their messages of clear frustration are the problem.. Terrible customer service, Terrible Delays which im sure they will make up some bullshit excuse for to appease the masses.. Its not good enough for any crypto exchange to display any of this type of business edicit.. Try P2P or other forms Easy crypto is 100% unreliable and will blame the customer after you voice your frustrations which is more than fair considering your looking for a Tether transaction for 5 days that had cleared in seconds.

Your account was previously suspended due to such behaviour, and you were given a final warning regarding future occurrences.
We will always give people a second chance in instances like this, but are not willing to allow continued abuse to be directed toward our team.

Followed instructions and transferred all my crypto into there wallet, now I can't exchange it or withdraw it it, I just get now help from support, for last three months they ignore me completely and now its all stuck there with no hop of getting it back.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES TRANSFER ANY CRYPTO TO THEIR SITES WALLET YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK

Thanks for raising this again and sorry that you are still having issues moving the crypto from your wallet.
To be able to move any ERC20 tokens or any crypto that uses the Ethereum network, some Ethereum must be in the wallet to cover the network fees otherwise known as GAS fees.
The network/GAS fee is charged by the Ethereum network to process the transaction, and funds must be available in the wallet to allow this payment to happen for the transaction.
We have been in contact with you about this, perhaps our messages have not got through and may be in your junk or spam folder.
Debit Card payments are clunky
It takes several attempts for the app to accept Debit Card payment. Says Something went wrong. Have to keep trying till it works.

The card payment processing systems can struggle during times of increased demand, especially leading up to Christmas.
You may also look at one of the other payment options as the payment processing fees are lower.

they ask extra details where you trading those stable coins provide all details. providing financial advice. ask these details to all your customers before creating order not after holding people money. service so shitty replying early morning 5 am during day time no response. no body want to talk shitty A.I agent. to slow in response meanwhile they hold your payments u lose opportunities to buy dips in crash. thanks for shitty service in new Zealand. they trying to save people from scammer but holding payments then asking extra detail when other person planning there trades opportunities provide them your address wallet screenshot. obvious they can sale our those details to hackers too. they are biggest scammer. change your policy and check these requirements when people create the account.thanks for holding other people money. they making crypto decentralized to centralized giving excuse of money laundering. doesn't make any sense of kyc then. thanks for shitty service in new Zealand.
