Simply put, Russell installed the latest Simpson EV charger at great value. A professional man who clearly not only knows his trade very well, but someone who takes pride in his work.

I asked Russell to install an EV charger at my home. He rocked up quickly to survey the task and advised me on kit, route, siting and regulations. The quote wasn’t the cheapest I had but I firmly believe that you get what you pay for.

I asked 3 companies for quotes to fit my charger. Easy E.V. was the only one to offer a home visit. As my installation was slightly non standard, I found this reassuring. Easy EV were not significantly cheaper or more expensive, but the personal service I received made it a very easy decision. Russell installed a "MyEnergi Zappi" EV charge point for me. I have given this company 5 starts because the service was amazing.

I first contacted Russell when he was on holiday, but he still helped me enormously from that first point of contact. Upon his return, he discussed my needs with me, I sent him photo's and details of my electrical meter/main fuse etc and he established what needed to be done and the best possible solution.

All contact was prompt, his explanation was clear, his knowledge was obviously considerable and the cost was very reasonable. I felt as though I was in safe hands with an honest and responsive person.

I had one query, a couple of days after the install and despite it being a Sunday, he still got back to me within an hour of texting him with a suggestion which again was correct..

I discovered “Easy EV Charge Points” on Google Maps, and contacted them for a price to install a car charger. The owner responded to my inquiry promptly, and was very knowledgeable about the systems available, and guided me though what was feasible. The estimate was very acceptable. The owner then guided me through the process of obtaining the Government Grant. The charger was installed much quicker than I had hoped for, and the installation was clean and tidy, and worked around our office needs, as it required a power off for a period whilst the connections were made. The literature and followup email explained how to register an account and set up the App as well as the PIN to access the charger. I could not fault the service I received. First Class.

In the case of our property it was tricky to find a visually pleasing path for the EV chargers' power cable due to the far from ideal position of the Electrical Consumer Unit. There were many obstacles in the way and if not done properly the EV chargers power lead would be visible and unsightly. The Electrician gave some great options on ways to hide the cable whilst at the same time avoiding disruption or damage to the property. In the end the complete install did not take that long and the work that was carried out was very neat and tidy. More importantly the EV chargers cable was hidden away and totally non visible within the house. EV charger is now happily charging our car as designed……. Very Satisfied 😊
