David of Easyfix responded to my initial enquiry.  He called at our home promptly to assess what we wanted him to do. He was courteous and explained to us the electrical status of our home and held very careful and detailed discussions with us, advising us of the optimum scope of works involved (a change of the distribution board/consumer unit, replace all ceiling mounted downlighters with ordinary low energy ceiling lights in the kitchen area, living room, family bathroom and ensuite shower room, install new oven, and remove and replace cooker extraction hood with new) to meet our requirements. His estimate of the cost of the works, which we deem to be reasonable, were provided to us promptly after his visit to our home. David was punctual arriving on the day works were to commence. He was tidy and super efficient, and interruption to the electricity supply was kept to a minimum, thus, making it possible for us to carry on with our daily routine with the minimum of inconvenience.  All works were carried out with due care, and he kept us informed of progress regularly. When we asked if he could replace our light switches and re-site the wall sockets for our washing machine and dishwasher (these were not originally agreed), he readily agreed without ado.  We were very pleased with the quality of the works carried out.  It was altogether a most satisfactory experience.  We hope to have all the sockets in our home replaced and will, most definitely, have David back to do the needful. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have encountered David and a 5-star rating is awarded to him without the slightest of hesitation.

I recently had Easyfix Electrical out to fit my new electric vehicle charge point in my driveway. The level of professionalism was superb from the detailed survey to the EV charger brochure pack PDF I received. They were the only company that pointed out that these chargers are recommended to have a surge device fitted at the fuse box. I will be using them for any work in the future.

I called out an engineer and the response time was fantastic.I had drilled through a cable installing a shelf.David fixed the issue all for £60 which was alot cheaper than the other companies I phoned.Easyfix card is now placed in my drawer fir any future jobs.
