A truly poor service. First, the “reset password link” never arrived, support mocked me, when I asked what to do with it. After I complaint everywhere I could, they helped me to register with one time password. And asked if I could delete the review since they solved the problem, which I did. After this they just stopped replying. They also struggled with retrieving my tax card from the tax office for some reason (apparently they just did it too late), and never notified me that there was a payment failure. So I had to contact Time2staff support to learn it. In the end I got my payment not within 48h as they promise but a week later. And their support is silent.

I just opened an account and proceeded to create and send an invoice. I have not received any confirmation about my account, nor that my invoice was successfully submitted, and the Easy Freelance website is full of errors – no way of reaching any customer support via their form due to errors, no phone number available to call, and no email address to send inquiries to – so not sure if this is a legit company or not?

Very very dissatisfied with EASY FREELANCE.

EasyFreelance was and still is a big part of my life . Without them i would not have been able to get my personal number that i craved for so much and i would be stressing a lot about taxes . If you get the oportunity to work with/for EasyFreelance then you are a lucky person .

terrible customer service, their phone number listed on the site never works, cheats take money from you unlawfully and harrass you for months before trying to do some damage control and that too in a very unapologetic way, my sallary had been delayed beyond weeks and months and all this while they have chosen to deny their role in this regard completely ignoring that fact that they have been sitting on my money all this while. stay away from them, else you will also be riting a simlar review in coming months and loosing access to yur own hard earned money. Cheats fo the highest oder, and ofcourse needless to say, they are pretty expensive too for such a service.
