I ordered a product for 1250€, they wrote me couple of days after to say they can not send it.
No refund arrived until now and absolutely NO ANSWER on email or even telephon.

Will call CZ police next week if no reaction.
Light is broken after 1 year of usage, they won’t take my light back to repair. They expect you to send the light back and pay for shipping, no more reaction on this.

I've ordered a light two months ago and haven't received anything. On their site they say that the products are delivered in 2 to 5 days for EE countries but they don't care as they don't care if my plants will die from cold or no light. It's also been a month that i've cancelled the order and asked for my money back and they didn't say anything or gave my money back. I also requested for electronic dispute resolution through European Commission but they also don't care. Be very careful
