I have used this company in the past and they were ok however recently bought macerator cleaner from them they say that they tried to deliver (I have 24/7 cctv and video doorbell) i have no recordings of a failed delivery or any notification that the delivery failed from the said delivery company. they have "stated on my refund that Two attempts 10/11th of July - no answer Refunding as requested as courier refusing to make 3rd attempt." I would like to state that this is not correct.

Love there Air Fresheners although expensive like everywhere just now the scent lasts for hours so I buy 12 cans and they usually last around 2 months
They can also be used without the unit so just use hands to spray your own quantity
Extremely fast delivery got text from them to say dpd will deliver Monday
This is Saturday and got text to say they'll be here today so 3 days early
Spoke to customer service once before and they couldn't be nicer and very helpful

Great communication, products and delivery from Easy Hygiene, but what really impressed me was how Aiden dealt with the return I had to make. Although I didn't do the return the right way (my fault entirely) he made sure I was refunded in full, quickly and efficiently. Well done.

This is the 3rd time I have bought from this company on eBay and never had an issue with them. Bought 10 litres of hand soap and at a price for £15.99 is a bargain and last for ages. There are 3 adults at home n we are always washing our hands. Lovely smelling soap and doesn’t dry your hands out and they are never sore either. I will never go back to buying from a supermarket again

I recently ordered a sink from easy hygene,and paid for it by card.having recieved no confirmation from them ,I tried to phone,BUT their customer services number is full and cannot take any more messages, have they gone bust?? are they a credible outfit ?? I am stuck, beware using this company, e mails seem to be equally useless, would like to walk round the corner to see them but they are too far away help!!!

I bought their alcohol sanitiser gel from Amazon in February this year at a price of £49.99 including delivery for two 5 litre containers and one pump. I have just looked at their website and they are offering identical one 5 litre container and pump for £101.99 with delivery to my postcode of £17.50 Plus VAT. This is outrageous!
