We loved our stay at Leonardo da Vinci

We loved our stay at Leonardo da Vinci, the rooms were a little dated but the view more then made up for it.
The self service bar and snacks were great (we never stayed up late as tired from exploring the lake)
Maids were great and always willing to help.
Only thing I would say is that for the great views… rooms are up high. Worth telling hotel before if you need to be in a room with easy access, there are some above food area with lifts to floors. We had steep hills and stairs to our room (wasn’t an issue for us) but could see it an issue for others.
The transfers we paid via easyJet which I thought were expensive however it seems others paid a lot more so glad I opted for easyJet transfer.
Overall we loved this holiday.
Self service was different to what we have previously experienced but it worked, and the snacks came in very handy

Excellent value for money

Excellent value for money. Easy to book via Easyjet app, the location was great with use of a sister hotel's pool within a few minutes walk. Very clean, modern comfortable apartment. If I had the option I'd have booked a 1 bedroom apartment opposed to a studio. All staff from airport check in to the flight crew and transfer staff and accommodation staff were so helpful and lovely to deal with.

Great value

I had actually swore off package holidays a long time ago but I found a deal too good to miss, and I am glad I took it. Everything went very smoothly - the booking process, every transfer and connection. The hotel was lovely and the holiday didn't break the bank. Highly recommended!

Watered down bar spirits put me off

Biggest disappointment in the hotel was the way the spirits were watered down. As a spirit drinker I could not get a decent drink for the whole holiday. Yes, I was on a free drinks package, but there were no alternatives. I would not use the Barharba, Hammamet, Tunisia, again.

Nice Holiday Bad Flight Experience

Firstly, our original flight scheduled for Thursday 16th April was cancelled by EasyJet, yet we received no direct communication whatsoever advising us of this. The only reason I became aware of the cancellation was by chance when checking the app whilst looking at another holiday. Discovering a cancelled flight in this way is completely unacceptable and caused unnecessary stress and disruption.

I then spent over two hours on the telephone attempting to get through to customer services in order to resolve the matter. Whilst the representative I eventually spoke to was helpful, I was extremely disappointed that I was required to pay an additional money for a replacement flight for a holiday I had already booked and paid for, despite the cancellation being entirely due to EasyJet.

In addition, we had paid in advance to reserve specific seats, yet on the replacement Saturday flight we were unable to have those seats allocated to us. Having paid extra for seat selection, I would expect this service either to be honoured or refunded automatically.

On the outbound flight from Birmingham, The passenger seated next to us was served approximately six bottles of wine during the flight and subsequently became heavily intoxicated, vomiting in the seating area beside us.

Whilst the cabin crew member who dealt with the incident was apologetic and professional whilst cleaning the area, this situation should never have been allowed to develop. Serving that amount of alcohol to a single passenger demonstrates poor judgement and a lack of responsible onboard alcohol management.

More concerningly, on the return flight although fortunately by chance we were not seated next to the same passenger. As we boarded, I proactively warned a member of cabin crew about the issues experienced on the outbound flight and raised concern regarding further alcohol being served to her.

Additionally, the two passengers originally seated next to the passenger on the return flight requested to move after boarding, specifically because they had witnessed what had happened on the outbound journey and did not wish to sit beside. This should have clearly demonstrated to the crew that concerns regarding this passenger were not isolated to ourselves.

Despite this, the passenger was again served approximately seven bottles of wine. Although they did not vomit on the return flight, they became extremely loud, disruptive, and visibly heavily intoxicated. I find it deeply concerning that, having been made aware of the previous incident and despite multiple passenger concerns, cabin crew still continued to serve alcohol in such quantity.

Overall, the handling of this passenger on both flights demonstrated a serious lack of judgement and poor passenger management, which significantly impacted our travel experience. Frankly, it gives the impression that EasyJet places onboard sales and profit ahead of the comfort, wellbeing, and safety of its passengers.

I will say the transfers and hotel were good however the flight has put us off booking with EasyJet again

Review of our trip to hotel Christina, Limone.

Excellent travel arrangements including taxi service to and from the hotel, our original "double" room (404) was not very appealing, dated, musty and with only a partial view of the lake, we managed to pay for an upgrade and the room was very modern with a superb view over the lake however there was no WiFi access in the room which was disappointing.
The shuttle bus from the hotel to Limone was very useful (especially when returning as it is uphill, the cost is 1.5 euro).
Limone is a beautiful town with plenty of shops and cafe's, there are lots of ferry trips available and I would highly recommend going to Melcesine (cable car to Monte Baldo a "must do". 10 euro ferry return price, 28 euro for the cable car).
The food was very good and catered for a variety of dietary needs.
The staff especially in reception were excellent.
