Top Notch Performers

Needed keys for a hitch lock, I had the master. They sent keys and it wouldn't even turn in the lock... so I let them know then they sent more keys... so I started investigating by taking out the shackle and seeing how the lock mechanism worked with the master key. So I actually got the first set of keys to work. They were going to send me a 3rd set of keys without hesitation. I felt like a dork but and offered to pay for the extra keys but they refused. I know they lost out on that one but their customer service was exceptional.

Wrong product again

Wrong product again. And that’s because I sent pictures of wrong key and key I needed. Received the exact same key second time.

Credit

My first order was Aug. 27,2024 for $21.53 but I only received credit for 12.80 but returned the entire order that were the wrong keys. The keys I received had no number on the plastic bag or the wrong keys, even though I sent the correct ID number like I have in the past. I am still requesting that additional credit to clear up that order.have been sick n not able to stay on top of mail.

Based on the details provided, it appears that the incorrect key blanks may have been ordered initially, and your most recent order for 5141 blanks suggests the correct part was later identified.

As noted in our return policy, when incorrect items are ordered, a 25% restocking fee is applied, and shipping costs are non-refundable. This accounts for the difference in the refund amount you received.

Keys did not work

First set of precut keys didn't work
Replacement blanks, (generic) keys locksmith informed me, will not work for this specific lock. Unfortunately, product did not work for my needs.

Ordered a replacement key for a Husky…

Ordered a replacement key for a Husky toolbox that we lost in our move. First key did not work. I sent pics of lock and first initial key that they had sent. They sent a second key, which also did not work. Fortunately, we did find the original keys for the toolbox.

Phenomenal Customer Service

I needed a replacement lock for my desk file cabinet, but couldn't fine one. I messaged EasyKeys and they identified the lock, key, and sent me a link to purchase (which I did). My first shipment didn't arrive. I called customer service and they sent me a replacement without question. The lock was a perfect fit and now my file cabinet is secured. Recommended!

Return postage is outrageous.

The first key I ordered for the mailbox worked but rough to pull out. It was quite expensive. The second key I ordered for my padlock did not work at all. To return it in the padded envelope as instructed, UPS wanted to charge me $15! This is really a ripoff for the customer! Not a sustainable way to do business. I see in the response to my post you say you can mail it in a first class USPS envelope. Not a good idea! While it's possible to mail a key in a USPS envelope, it's strongly discouraged. Keys can easily damage the envelope and get lost or cause jams in the automated sorting machines. A padded envelope, small box, or tube is a much safer and more reliable way to mail a key. Unfortunately that is not affordable!

Customer Service

Even though we were unable to get a key that would work, their customer service is phenomenal. They made multiple copies trying to get the right key. A full refund was issued without even asking. They went over and above what one would expect. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Fantastic team.

Your quick response on sendin me keys…

Your quick response on sending me keys that don't fit and the solution of paying for shipping was fantastic it was mailed quickly to Hawaii and I received it within a reasonable time to use my cabinet drawers for work thank you thank you thank you I'm so pleased!
