Definitly not a scam
I have to be honest, it's definitly not a scam.
They took to long to answer to my ticket, and when they finally did, there was a problem with the address, because I used my work address and aparently is not complete. So after I gave my house address, it didn't take to long and got it last friday. The product itself is realy easy to use and in my case it worked perfectly. Lets see now on the long run how it works.
So the product is good. Just failed the costumer service, they let you in the dark for too long.
Definitly will buy again and recomend it.

Could be better
It could be more clear if the adapter is needed or not. It's almost impossible not to lose 5 to 10 percent of the gas when accopling the hose.

The order took a long time to arrive
The order took a long time to arrive, the pressure gauge doesn't work properly and gets stuck, which makes it impossible to know the correct pressure in the circuit.

We are very sorry for the exceptionally long waiting time for the order, we don't quite know what happened along the way that it took so long. If you received a defective pressure gauge you always had the right to return it, there is also the possibility that there was some damage in transit because we can see that the package was repacked by the courier company.
