At 40+, I'm finally starting to understand. . .
I'm admittedly not very far into the course yet, and can see how it will require a great deal of work on my part to become proficient, but I've started several Korean courses before and have made more progress (and stayed more motivated) with this one in just a few days than with all others after months. The path of study is clearly laid out. With time and patience and practice in between videos, I'm understanding how the Korean language works and am excited to continue learning more.
Super helpful and I feel like I understand now
This has help me use the information I've already learned into practical use. I can now understand how to pronounce the Korean I'm reading instead of giving up.

The courses were enjoyable and easy to comprehend, and they helped to boost my confidence when speaking.
Great learning platform & well-structured lessons
I bought the Real World Korean course and currently 21% in. So far it has been excellent, as it's constructed methodically for learners like myself. As each lessons progresses, there are some familiarities from the learnings from the previous lessons which gives me some positive signs that I've made progress. The instructor communicates well clearly throughout, which really helped me with my pronounciation.
Additionally, I also enjoy the occasional live stream lessons (recorded and on the learning portal). I just wish these are more frequent!
Happy to revisit this review upon the completion of the course - so far I am a happy learner.
Not Too Much
Just started using the system. Information is detailed but not overwhelming. Not too much at one time!!!!
Not Too Much
Only really starting to use the system but everything is detailed but not overwhelming! :D
this has a LOT of useful information
this has a LOT of useful information! it can be confusing to navigate through what all this course offers and the different "levels" of what you want to purchase. I have had a subscription for almost 2 months now, and what I have seen, found great information easy explained. what I love about it is that it is at your own pace, which fits any schedule, and its a one time membership and its lifetime, so you have more than enough time to find what you need if you are serious trying to learn korean. I have noticed it works better and format is easy to find what all is included on a computer rather than the app (phone), and that the android app is a little better than the iPhone app. (sorry iPhone, I have an iPhone but its true in my experiences). I can't wait to "cram" this knowledge and get started, but I know I only get the effort I put into it.
over all this I worth every penney. I would have given a 5 star, but like I said, it is a lot and kind of hard to navigate if you aren't up to times with online apps and classes. I am still learning and the more I learn the more I find things, the online version is easier than on the app. thank you
Best program yet.
I like this program. I have tried many other and this one feels more in depth. I appreciate that the sessions are only about 15 minutes, any longer than that and I can't focus. I can do as many or few lessons as I want and as if I get lost from lesson to lesson I just go back over my notes. Love the printable vocabulary cards too. They give me something to return to when I forget a word.
Learning Korean has been made easy with…
Learning Korean has been made easy with the convenient online options available. I can't wait to continue learning as I've gained a lot from the Facebook group, including access to helpful PDFs and support from everyone in the community. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning Korean.
So many ways to help one learn Korean
The system breaks down the Korean language in such a way that it is not as overwhelming as one would think. I was apprehensive, but once I got into the course and learning aids I began to feel much more comfortable.
Easy to understand lessons and thorough explanation
I like the way how everything is broken so it's easy to understand and you can repeat lessons if you are having trouble with something. The way the vocal sounds are described on how to say things are very helpful on how to pronounce things properly.
Hangul House has the lessons, coursework, and community you have been looking for!
I tried other platforms to learn Korean, and Hangul House has everything you could ever need! From streamlined lessons to help learn Korean quickly to worksheets and flashcards to practice what you learned. There is even a private Facebook group where you can work together with peers and attend webinars to improve grammar, vocabulary, and more. Hangul House just works! So stop wasting time with other language platforms to learn Korean.
I love this place
The reason my experience was great was…
The reason my experience was great was because they started off from the very start to give a better understanding of the language. They are doing a great job in explaining and giving examples to make you remember the language even better.
The lessons are easy to follow
The lessons are easy to follow, and I like that the lessons are comprehensive. The course is also set up to rewind and review as much as you like and at your own pace, which is very nice.
Very easy to understand format
Very easy to understand format, paced well. You truly can fit pockets of study time in because the lessons are roughly 6 to 8 minutes long.
Great workshop!
This has been a great experience. Immersing into a different language with hekp.has been amazing!
