From start to current their customer service has been nothing short of excellent; in fact the best service we have received from any company in any field. The software is great/reliable and any queries we have are answered incredibly quickly. A company that listens to its customers!

Easy Live is exceptional in offering 2 levels of fees. The straight £3 per auction (paid in advance) is ideal for most and especially if you are determined to buy. The commission rate is lower than other platforms and again ideal if you are not sure about buying or only paying for low value items. They also keep me informed of upcoming auctions which may be of interest to me.

Efficient, professional and goods all delivered as seen in site. No ambiguities at all. Great experience.

A very excellent auction site which links you to auction houses everywhere. Just enter what you are looking to buy in your favourites and then receive daily notices on upcoming auctions for items you may wish to bid on. The site even offers the option to pay a flat £3.00 fee to keep the cost down should you wish. If not it just costs 10p to register. Been using it for some time now, very good.

I like easy live auctions because its quick and easy to access , I can keep watch on my favourite lots and I love watching the live auctions which are funny and entertaining as well as being able to bid live on them at the same time. All good for me with the auction site.

Easy Live is a brilliant platform for both buyer, seller and auction house. Having experienced all three, the fees are very fair, the personal service and customer support is excellent. Above all, they are willing to give smaller businesses a chance. When times were uncertain during covid, we were able to launch a successful business at the very start of the pandemic when nobody really knew how things would develop, for this I will always be grateful to them. A large range of auctions, sites and auctioneers. The site works well and has been reliable. The account section can become a little confusing as it’s not 100% intuitive. Watching and placing a bid is easy and mostly reliable, although I have had one or two occasions where my higher bid has not won an item, I suspect this is more to do with the auctioneer rather than the site. One major improvement would be to force auctioneers to provide more photos and much much better descriptions!!

Easy Live Auction is a simple, slick, accessible way to bid in real auctions; all over the UK (or indeed worldwide) wherever I am. I have used it for buying vintage furniture for about the last 6 years. I can browse the individual auction houses’ catalogues, well in advance of the actual event and search by keyword for the exact items I’m looking for. I can choose to pay a flat rate of £3 to register for a sale (rather than a percentage); and then bid live in that auction from the comfort of my phone. Before I used to use the platform I would physically go to the sales; but bidding online is not only quicker, but much nicer too. And I can be really accurate with my decisions on budget, without getting caught up in live bidding wars with other dealers. I simply arrange for a courier to collect if I’m too far away to do it myself. It has made the whole of the UK available to me as a marketplace for finding the pieces I want to buy. I love it!
