They didn't refund my friends amount, they have mentioned in the benefits that full refund is there but they didn't. They didn't the fraud.

They are doing fraud with UK Citizens

I was working for them .They have a office located in Delhi NCR,India .

They don't have any office in London.its only a Virtual address

One of the Passenger who is uploading review for them is on behalf of Mr Donald Pattern.I was the only one who made his booking

Virgin atlantic has already initiated a Full refund for Mr Donald Patterson on behalf of his Medical Documents but now Easemytrip is not returning his money.

I have spoken to Mr Donald Patterson many times on a Voice call over Easemytrip company whatsapp number .

Now Mr Patterson is also suffering.

Easemytrip is easily doing Scam ,Fraud by Utilising Google Flights and Kayak service and META process through which UK citizens are able to make Payment.

Google Flights and Kayak should terminate Easemytrip UK Meta Accounts.

Don't allow Easemytrip Owners Rikant Pitti,Nishant Pitti and Prashant Pitti to arrive in London anymore because they are running Scam which is Hampering UK Citizens.

I would advise VFS Team don't issue Visa to the Owners of Easemytrip and any of their employees who are applying Visa for London

I would Request UK immigration Department to inform all the London airports to Blacklist all 3 owners of Easemytrip mentioned above and make sure they shouldn't arrive in London

If you think I am lying then I would Request you to refer my trailing emails and also Visit Easemytrip multiple Trustpilot accounts in which you would see that many UK citizens are Complaining because of Easemytrip but still there is no Action by ATOL UK.

I am also suprised How come UK Based Trustpilot Team allowing Easemytrip to use Multiple Trustpilot accounts,and just Because of this Easemytrip is easily doing Fraud and Scam with UK Citizens.

Easemytrip is having around 3 Trustpilot account ,so that they can easily do Scam with UK citizens by sitting in India.

Trustpilot Team that's very Sad at ur end these type of silly mistakes from ur end due to which UK citizens are facing trouble and getting looted by Easemytrip owners.

So deactivate all their Trustpilot accounts asap.

Easemytrip is not even giving ATOL to any of the passengers who are availing their services.

I have also marked most of the News Channel of UK ,so that they can print about Easemytrip on the Newspaper and also I am Ready to go live on UK channels to interact with UK citizens to make them aware about Easemytrip wrong practices and then people should stop using their services.

They are issuing the special fare tickets through their Vendors with the help of Fake hotel vouchers.

Just Because of Easemytrip Our Country India is getting ashamed and disrespected.

I would request our Indian Ministers also to Take Action against Easemytrip and get the enquiry done against Easemytrip owners through our India based Crime Branch investigation Teams.

Don’t even want to give it a star
I have reported this company to Scotland Yard fraud team shame on Expedia for working with this company.
They have took my money no flights provided kept being told someone will call me back in 30 minutes still waiting for phone call !!! Better yet each time I ring they have the absolute cheek to try and get more money out of me saying the airline has only got premium seats available yeah one sec mate just get me card !!! 😡. Still waiting for refund or manager to call me back ! Supposed to be based in uk in london it’s registered as in the gov.uk site nope all Indian people I have spoke to !! They now have blocked my number and continue to block each number I’m ringing on asking for my refund coz guess what that half hour we’ll it’s been 13 hours waiting for a call back thieving scum DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Scammers don’t believe them guys this company and employees both are stupid and scam everyone, just give them -0 star and review honestly if they are front of me I can sue them. Make me very disappointed

What a waste of time in getting tickets sorted out in this company. Never again proceed or book tickets at this place ever. Customer service dont provide solution and go round in circles. Anyone trying to get cheap prices should totally atleast avoid this company EMT for sure.

Do not even deserve 1 star. My card got declined so never made booking only to find out a day later they still took the money had no email nothing to confirm a booking had made. Requested to return my money and would not do so. 23 calls later 6 emails 6 texts and I finally got it back after 5 weeks. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would have given a negative rating if there was an option. EMT charges highest convenience fee, scams and take advantage of customers in case of flight cancellation and even in case of full refund by the airline. I would never book a trip again with EMT and would not recommend anyone to book through it. Very bad experience with customer care.

My refund came eventually, thanks to Trustpilot and also Mr. Zeeshan Zafar, Manager, social media, EMT, who was kind enough to read and take action on my grievance, which earlier no one was heeding to since last two and half months. Thank you for enabling me to trust EMT again.

After 30 min filling data I click on Make payment button and nothing happens.

To much easy for travel bookings, I recommend to this app for all travellers
